Absolutley top quality service! Really helpful staff, they take you through and explain really clearly step by step through their recovery service. Really happy with the results! Virtually my entire HD was recovered!

I thought I had lost over 2 years worth of data including photos & videos of my sisters wedding celebrations and my pet that had passed away but these guys managed to recover 90% of that data! Recovered 90% of funds, received no help on actually recovering funds, asked for an old wallet and received no reply. Had to figure it out myself after being told multiple times they can not help and can only recover files as it was marked in the good directory. Still waiting for a compatible wallet. Will likely have to contact crypto recovery services in the future to recover the missing 10%

I had a great experience with Secure Data Recovery Services. My external hard drive WD Elements, containing 3 TB of photos and videos that I took on remote travels over the last 2 years, had failed during back up process—it wasn’t opening and wasn’t recognised by several computers, disk utility, etc. To say that I was upset, angry at myself and disappointed is to say nothing.

Contacted them after checking their reviews on Reddit / Yelp. Great experience from the beginning. They offer drop-off locations in all major cities. Free shipping to their main Office, plus free Evaluation of Data. No charge until they determine the extent of recovery. They also gave me an online directory link to my entire drive- with all subfolders and files, which was very helpful. Brought the price down when I told them I couldn't afford the original quote. Very satisfied, and I wouldn't say this unless I went through it myself.

We thought we were doomed when our hard drive failed. As a photographer we had thousand of images that we thought were lost for good after being told by one company that there was nothing they could do to retrieve the data.
