Dropping a quick review for the Section 8 Mentorship Program. Honestly, one of the biggest things I appreciate about Karim’s program is the support. You’re not left trying to figure everything out on your own. If you run into a confusing housing authority rule or get stuck on a deal, the live coaching calls give you a chance to ask questions and get guidance directly.

The community is also a huge plus. Members share their experiences, strategies, and what’s working in their specific states, which makes the learning process much more practical. Big shoutout to Section 8 Karim for creating a program that offers ongoing support instead of just giving you prerecorded videos and leaving you on your own. 🙂

I’ve been learning more about Section 8 real estate investing and came across Karim’s training. What I liked most was that the information was explained in a way that was actually easy to follow. The focus on finding the right markets and understanding the numbers made things much clearer for me. I’m still learning, but so far I’ve found the training genuinely useful.

Man i gotta give credit where its due because before joining Karim’s mentorship i was completely lost on how to underwrite these properties without overpaying or missing hidden repair costs what sold me on section 8 Training was the live deal breakdowns where they literally open up real properties and show you every single number from rent estimates to rehab budgets it completely changed how i look at a deal now i feel super confident putting in offers because i know the math actually works out shout out to karim and the whole team for keeping it 100

One month in!

Ive been inside of Karim's consulting program for about a month now and all I can say is 5 stars! Working directly with him and his client success team has been a huge help with sourcing the best deals & making sure the contractual agreement reviews were in my favor! Recommended for any first time real estate investor, or anyone looking to speed up their acquisition process!

Have gone through the program and must say the information and attention to detail is second to none of the others I've seen. The information is all broken down into sizable chunks and the mentors were very helpful and supportive whenever I had any questions. The new property finding software is a huge upgrade compared to the previous version too.

So this might be a different type of review but what I found with this program is that its focused more on taking action rather than watching videos. The system and strategy is straight forward and the coaches and resources help you move along the journey. The process empowered me to be more accountable and get in the "go get it" mindset. You need to take action though, otherwise it's not for you.

Karim is legit, there's a lot of coaches and real estate guys out there but not many actually own as many properties as he does. If you want to own rentals but don't want to deal with the headache, Karim basically gives you his entire automated system he runs with his business. Highly recommend if you're looking at section 8
