Great team
Absolutely brilliant team who supported me throughout the entire process, from the initial application through to receiving the job offer. Communication was consistent and clear at every stage, any issues that arose were handled promptly.

Truly invested recruiters
I want to give a shout out to Cameron for the work he's done during this process. Unlike other agencies, ha was truly invested finding a role for me. He kept sending jobs suitable for my skills even after the initial job application wasn't successful. He kept checking in with me diligently throughout the whole process and finally managed to get me an unadvertised job well above my target salary range.

I had an absolutely incredible…
I had an absolutely incredible experience all thanks to Dan Massey! The whole process was extremely quick and seamless and Dan was very determined the whole way through. Whether it was organising interviews and meetings, or checking in and relaying information - I don't think I would have landed the position without Dans help! With his friendly demeanour and drive to help me succeed, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Unethical data practices
They use unethical data practices to cold call people to solicit various things. I was shocked to see that my personal email and my personal phone number was being used without my consent.

Upon investigation, we can see that your contact information was sourced via a third-party tool, Lusha. Searchability consultants occasionally use this tool for professional outreach, with the understanding that Lusha states it is GDPR-compliant, undergoes annual audits by independent third parties, and maintains ISO 27701 certification. As Lusha is a completely third-party tool, our consultants do not have control over how individuals’ data is added to their systems, and we do not have the ability to remove data from their system. If you haven’t already, we recommend reaching out to Lusha directly to request the removal of your personal data from their systems, and emailing lushasystems@gdpr-rep.com if you would like to investigate your concerns further with them.

Great, supported exprience

Professional and personable hiring experience
A big thank you to Charlotte McGill for her excellent support throughout my hiring experience. From the first time we spoke (after I was made redundant) right up until the interview offer, Lottie was always there to guide me. We want to clarify that this experience is not in relation to Searchability or any of our consultants. Yesterday, we were made aware of a scam where individuals were posing as Searchability consultants using fake WhatsApp accounts (many from international numbers, and most using the name of "Anne" who is not someone we employ).
Please rest assured that Searchability has NOT purchased or used any external data, and no messages have been sent by us outside of legitimate business channels. We take data protection and GDPR compliance extremely seriously and are actively reporting this fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.
If you’d like, please forward any details or screenshots of the messages you received to info@searchability.com, so we can continue to investigate and help prevent this happening to others.
In the meantime we have to flag this review to Trustpilot as it is in relation to an experience that was not with ourselves, and therefore not a fair reflection of our services. We're sorry that this happened and want to reassure you and others that we are working hard to report this to Action Fraud to protect individuals along with our reputation.

Great experience with both Dan & Beth.
I'd previously connected with Dan Massey through an unsuccessful role, however we stayed in touch and when I applied for another role through Searchability, he and Beth Allen were great help.
I usually try and avoid recruiters, however from start to finish, both Dan and Beth were constantly keeping me updated, being completely transparent and answering any questions I had.
