DO NOT ORDER!!!Rug pull guys! They run away with our money!

Ordered a month ago. Money was taken and i have not received goods. Emailed twice and no reply.

I think this company has been taken over by new people, used this company for nearly 2 years, only from november have I had problems with them. Normally reliable but I have done two orders on 4th november, not received them, no refund, tried to contact them on multiple occasions and no response.

Stay well away. Run a mile. You won’t receive your order or any response to any queries. I should have checked previous reviews before ordering. If I could give it -5 stars I would. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SEA MOSS UK. Order at your own risk.

These are operating as seamossboss beware absolute scammees. Ordered 2 wks ago received nothing still waiting over a wk on a refund don't waste your money.

I still haven't received my order its been over a month I've reached out no reply I've been buying my moss from you for years but thus has become unacceptable beyond words

I have ordered my sea moss 2 months ago, and it still has not arrived yet!

My order never arrived not did i get any response after reaching out to them by email.

Ordered on 27th September, 2 months on, still nothing, money taken, emails ignored (polite ones at that). I’ve been using this company for 2 years now but they’ve gone to the tip clearly. Hopefully bank will refund me.

Very disappointed. This is the second time ive ordered from Sea Moss UK with no delivery update and no response to my initial email. Phone lines dont operate. They seem to be struggling, perhaps on the way out. Judging by the lack of response its quite possible theyre running a scam at this point. I hope not , but, avoid this company if you want to receive what you pay for.

Its been forever (more than a month) since I paid for my order and its still hasn't been shipped yet

Product ordered on 25th October but didn't arrive until 12th of November so expect delays in delivery but it does come eventually and in good condition as per the order. I did email their customer service in-between but did not get a response nor does their contact number work which is worrying but at least the order made it. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the delayed delivery (stated 3-5 days when ordering) and their non-existent customer services/information.

I placed order on 5th November, email said 3-5 days, I have tried to contact the company as to an update & haven't received a reply. So I'm not sure if there's a genuine reason or I've been scammed...

Once again you have failed right at the start of attempting to make things better-

I have ordered from this site for years and been no problems at all however the past few months they have provided a terrible service waiting months for my orders and getting no response via email or social media. Finally after two months they replied to my email to apologise and they would send an extra jar of seamoss in my order as an apology anyway a further 2 weeks passed my order finally arrived and only the jar I paid for was posted. Will never be ordering from this site again. Such a shame it’s gone so bad.

I appreciate that you had some business difficulties, but you promised me an extra jar of sea moss gel as compensation which wasn't included in my parcel. Also, I was unable to use your email address. My emails were returned.

It took weeks for my order to arrive, I had to send several emails. I was contacted by sea moss they were very apologetic and offered me my money back or an extra jar because of the inconvenience. I’m happy to receive my ordered jar but my free jar didn’t arrive. Very disappointing

Amazing product.

Don’t know if it works for me or not but iv been using ur products since October 2020 because it was recommended to me. I take them because it’s supposed to be good for me. Iv had a few delivery issues which were sorted satisfactorily and been compensated too. Thank you.

Never arrived got an email saying sorry was going to send an extra jar and pick one emailed back never heard from them again found another company.....
