I contacted Seadek using their online form for custom work and received no response. I was signed up for their marketing matrrials though! If this is any indicator of their product value, I think I'll pass.

I've reached out with an email to see if you can send it back to me, but no body has responded. So I have been charged, and not received my order. My tracking number is 9405536108992395892768. SeaDek is a great product and I like how it makes my boat look. The only downfall right now is availability of products. Common problem though for everyone. Still would highly recommend.

Refer to order return #45515. I have purchased your products for my last three boats. I had previously ordered (4) sets of Storm Gray bolsters for my current boat and had ordered one more set recently. What arrived was not what I had expected. Called and was told you merged with Castaways so the product was no longer the same. How about letting people know that up front ??? Was told a return label would be emailed. NEVER WAS !. Now I am sitting with a $100.00 worth of product until I find the time to re-package it and go to UPS.
