I have ordered from sea essence numerous times , I hard a brief period without it and I can say without a doubt that sea essence really does help. I was taking it as I’d read tonnes of positive stories for improves in overall health and skin conditions such as psoriasis etc. a surprising benefit was that it brought my period back after a 8months hiatus. I was skeptical that this was down to sea moss however when I came away from it and then back unnoticed the same thing , regular periods with PCOS finally!

For the most part using Sea Essence products has been a positive and consistent experience. I have experienced some delivery issues receiving Sea Moss, though these were quickly resolved by Sea Essence who were considerate and swift to ensure their quality of service.

As someone with Hypothyroidism, I can say this is the best thing! Changed my skin and overall health. Definitely will be buying again and again.
