A genuinely poor company. Request to return unwanted items that didn't relate to the size chart provided on the website. Company number on website just rings through and either cuts off or says "this number doesn't exist".

I have now sent four separate return requests through their 'support@' email address provided on their contact page, none of which have had a response, not even automated message.

My first return request was made made within 1 week of delivery.

What is the definition of a scam?

Absolutely terrible, made no difference what so ever, completely regret buying and at the price point I would absolutely avoid.

So disappointed

Delivery took longer than expected. Courier was not one I recognised e.g. royal mail, DPD, or evri. Item arrived late and was no longer required. To initiate a return you have to email them first. They refused the return stating that it was a promotional item. However this was not stated at point of purchase and it also is against UK consumer distance selling rights. They then ignored all other contact. Received a refund via a charge back from my card issuer. Avoid.

The shaping underwear fits perfectly using their size chart! For the price, I'm impressed it's held up so well after more than 10 washes.

This compression shirt fits just right! I wore it under a polo and you couldn't see any lines. The material felt soft, and it washed well the first time.
