Unacceptable delays and poor communication
I attempted to obtain a nicotine prescription through Scripty.au but ended up wasting weeks without any progress.
On November 12, I completed their online questionnaire, providing personal details such as my name, date of birth, address, Medicare information, medical history, and nicotine usage. I was informed that a doctor would contact me to arrange a consultation and prescription.
By November 16, I still hadn’t heard back, so I followed up with Scripty.au support.
Finally, on November 22, I received an email offering a doctor’s appointment for the following week.
Taking 10 days just to respond to a new patient inquiry is unacceptable, especially compared to my current clinic, which got me fully set up with scripts dispensed on the same day.
This lack of responsiveness speaks volumes about their professionalism—or lack thereof. If this is how Scripty.au treats potential new clients, I certainly wouldn’t trust them with my prescriptions or medications.
