The items are really good quality BUT dealing with ScrapTurtle was torture. I ordered two of the same item and they only sent one. I contacted them and they said they would send the missed item expidited/express post and have it a week later, after waiting 4 weeks I contacted them again and got more excuses but they somehow managed to get it to me two days later!

First of all, I just want to speak about the horrible and negative reviews on here. I imagine half of those reviews are from people who just love to hate and who haven’t even bought from Demi’s business! Everyone are entitled to their own opinion, but some reviews I have read are just so unnecessary!

Me on the other hand, I have actually ordered a scrap book starter kit and it was great! It had everything you needed to start. With lots of paper, stickers, embellishments. I even asked for a brown vintage theme and she gave me lots of brown items and was clearly very attentive when packing the order! I have seen other scrap book kits from different places, yes I would say Demi’s are a little more pricier but it is a new small business of hers! If you think the prices are too high, it’s simple don’t buy!

Demi was nothing but accommodating when I ordered a planner. It was my birthday and she packed the most beautiful packaging ever. You can really see the time and effort put into the packaging. I’m absolutely in love and will 100% be purchasing more in the future. The girl is so talented in packaging and a pleasure to deal with.
The bad reviews scream ‘mean girl’ vibes because we cannot be talking about the same business/experience here. 10/10 experience 🤍

Looking at the reviews below I don’t think they’re real. The reviews seem quite vindictive and scream mean girls from school not liking the unpopular girl doing good. So weird!

I ordered a planner. Its gorgeous, come quick, smelled lovely and was packaged with care.

Don't fall for this Scam Shop! Go to shops like B&M or Poundland, or shop at shein, Temu or Amazon. They buy it from there and then charge you double sometimes even triple the price. They have also been known to charge ten times the price. Charging £12 for something you can get for £1, charging £6 for something you can get for £3, charging £10 for something that you can get for 99p. You get my drift, it's daylight robbery and a total scam. There are better places to buy better items from. They are known scammers. Check Tattle Life for screenshots of actual prices you can buy them for plus where you can buy them. While you are there read about Amber Wright, yep they set up a fake tattle account and gossiped about their friends then they blamed the brother.

So thoughtful!! I love this kit, I've been scrapbooking for ages and it's expensive buying pack after pack of supplies, only to use a couple of bits. I love that you get a few bits from loads of different packs and they all match theme so well. Saved me a fortune. You can tell Demi has spent time and care picking the bits and bobs too, she took my preferences into consideration and I feel my pack was tailor made for me.
I'm aware there's a group of people online trying to smear her and her new business. A few unsavoury characters leaving nasty reviews and comments that they have clearly spent lots of time writing. I'm not sure how full grown adults can sleep at night knowing they've been so deliberately malicious and nasty. Don't you have anything better to do? How is tearing down others beneficial to you? And if you truly believe the poison you're spewing then why waste your time all day every day? It's insane the amount of trolling. As a normal person it made me feel sick. I hope Demi doesn't take any notice whatsoever and Karma gets the trolls. Sad pathetic people.
My pack was amazing and I'll be buying some as gifts for Christmas! I have no complaints whatsoever and loved everything about my purchase!

I reached out to the owner with a question regarding running a small business on their TikTok page only for them to be unnecessarily rude to me in their reply. After I called them out on their behaviour they deleted the comment thread and blocked me. This happened a few months ago and I still find myself thinking about this often as this is not normal behaviour for a person who has just started a small business and that concerns me.
I wasn’t sure if I am doing the right thing here but felt I had to put something out there just to warn potential customers.

I was looking to support a small business and saw they had added colouring books to their website. However, I noticed they looked similar to something I had recently seen in a shop. And I was right! They are selling colouring books for £12.99 which are currently priced at around £2 in The Range. Surely this is illegal?? £10 profit. Seems to me that the owner of this business has started to be creative on a whim and try to scam the public in a cost of living crisis. I genuinely urge anyone to reconsider buying from this “company” as everything has been bought cheap to sell at extortionate prices.

I'm really disappointed with the products that I was supplied. I have supported Demi for a long time, and am also from Newcastle, so supporting a local small business was exciting for me, but this service just is not adequate. The stickers I was given look like they were a freebie in a 1998 edition of Mizz magazine, and I could've picked up the supplies in the 'essentials kit' for less than a fiver. I think the prices are extortionate for what is being sold and I don't think I will use a single thing that was provided. Reached out to Demi for a potential refund but have yet to receive a response. Very poor and extremely disappointing.

Really disappointing. For £35 plus postage I would expect everything I need for scrapbooking. What I received was a cheap scrapbook, a few bits of paper, a few stickers (clearly from multipacks and split up), a singular pen and a singular highlighter. For the price surely it's not unreasonable to expect a whole pack of pens so different colours could be used. I have tried to reach out to the seller but I think she has blocked me. Avoid.

I'm dolly Donnelly. Demi my old owner left some of these manky stamps and stickers at my crib and YUCK! They taste rotten. Like her trotters , She also has been begging me mam to ask her bingo friends for any freebies. Yet she hasn't even done one scrapbook page of me just Looney and Harold! Unlike Brad I say what I think direct so this is Dolly Donnelly saying I DONT recommend 🐶 woof

Shocked at the audacity of this website - the owner seeks out free stock from freebie Facebook groups, mixes it up with Poundland items and flogs these packs for a ridiculous profit. I wouldn't mind if the items were good quality but they are NOT. Steer clear folks.

Aye was going to rate Scrapture highly as I was told to by my big sis Demi but because of the whole “Amber Wright” turnout, I’ve decided to be completely honest with you all. I bought a kit from Depop to make fun and funky pages of things like my hair, my nights out with Dems and the origin of my name but when I received my kit, I was disappointed to find some glue dots, 25p stickers from the 1990s and a manky pen. I wouldn’t recommend this website at all and I want to put it out there now that I had nothing to do with it’s design or conception.

Ordered a scrapbook kit as a gift for someone after seeing a tiktok about it and how it's a small business which I prefer to support rather than bigger well known companies
Very disappointed with what I received not worth the money at all nothing like the pictures advertised and most of the products looked like they are second hand or they have been purchased as part of a set and split up
Don't waste your money either take the time to look around for other small businesses or go to the works the range or b&m wish I had as I would of got a lot more and better quality for half the price

Scrapture is CRAP, Sorry Demz but the supplies are cheap crap. I am giving it three stars because I don't wanna get suffocated in my sleep but yeah....

I love love love scrapbooking so was really excited to be receiving the ‘ultimate’ kit I ordered.. well don’t I look like a right fool! Washi tape which appears used and has some kind of hairs stuck to it (cannot confirm if human or pet), a dried out bright green pen and a glue stick which doesn’t stick! Not to mention the state of the packaging.. food grease stains (definitely not accidentally vegan) and a stench of larger and sweat? Tried to contact for a refund but have been advised to contact someone called Brad as apparently he’s the reason behind the poor service according to the business owner Demi.

Ordered when I saw Demi started up her accidental business, wish I didn't, biggest waste of money! Dry pens, one crayon and some stickers from Temu. Don't waste your money and stop supporting this person!

I’ve been meaning to write back to my beloved wife in Marion County, FL since getting lost on my way to Origin. Misplaced my Nokia 3310 somewhere along the way, ain’t I something! I asked Scrapture Supplies for a vintage postcard themed scrapbewking set. Well I was acock with what I received - could not believe my eyes! This addle-headed woman had sent me a bic biro, some colouring pencils, and one of the most goddamned annoying glue sticks, the kind of consistency used to thicken gruel rather than stick good-quality postcards to my 120GSM carte-blanche. I’d give one star except she did also include some postcards as asked. Mind, they baffled me to no end with their images of unsightly people on deckchairs at the seaside, but they will have to do. My wife will be pleased to hear from me, so thank you Scrapture Supplies for at least helping an old man out in his time of need.

Really wish I'd have checked here first before ordering from Demi/Scrapture. I've watched her on YouTube for years and thought that I knew the kind of person she was and thought her to be honest. What I ordered vs what I received were completely different. I'm SO disappointed. Some things were really old to the point of being useable/discoloured/ripped and just plain cheap looking. I wouldn't like to put any of these supplies into my scrapbook. Please let this be a warning to you all considering supporting/puchasing. Total scam as far as I can see. Just get yourself onto Temu if you want cheap supplies. London

When I first saw one of their scapbewk kits listed on depop I personally thought it was stunning but when it was delivered I was very disappointed. I’d arrived home from London and realised I’d had a yodel delivery shoved through my door I was excited to open the package but my face dropped when I realised I’d been scammed, I’d hoped for some cute vintage pieces but instead got a cheap highlighter and a bunch of tatt that looks like it was picked up at B+M!! Save your money and avoid !! They also steal ‘stock’ photos from Etsy sellers :(
