Do not purchase anything from them! I never write reviews but I couldn’t let it go without writing one for this company. (Are they a real company???) They do not have a return policy! The product was not what I expected and I wanted to return it. They needed me to send a picture of it, ( I was returning it because I didn’t like it.. not that I was complaining it was damaged). They offered me 10% back (No!). They then offered me 20% back. (NO!). I told them I wanted my full refund and they said they have a no refund policy. Because I couldn’t fight with them anymore I finally settled on their last offer of 30%. It’s not worth the hassle and a no refund policy is insane

I would give them 0 stars if I could...I experienced the same problem that I read from other reviews...inaccurate garment was sent amd they want me to keep the garment and gift it to someone, and take a 10% credit...

Do NOT do business with this company unless you enjoy getting screwed! They absolutely SUCK!

The product you receive will not look like their ad. They are crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
You will never get a return address and end up fighting it out w/ your credit card company.

I ordered a shirt that was delivered 3 weeks later. Different color from what I ordered and not even close to the correct size.
They refuse to refund me but will send the right size if it send them more money.

Scam!!!! Sweater order was a mans 3xl. Received a boys size. Was given a 10% refund.

This company is a scam, clothing is Horrible quality, you can't return it, so NOT what it is advertised to look like or the material it is made of is junk

Unfortunately, this site had not been rated when I placed an order for a men's 2XL pullover that was advertised as purple cotton, albeit faded. What I received was lavender polyester, I assume as there is no labeling of any kind. First, this is some form of synthetic not cotton. Second, I am 5'10" 220 lbs man and could barely fit this shirt on and it came down to just ABOVE my navel. This is a small-medium at best. Finally, the cost of shipping back to China, they imply they are in Washington, for a refund far exceeds that value of the garment. The same graphics used in their ads are on several other "companies" ads so I again, assume they are all one big bunch of con-artists. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SWINDLERS!!!

This company is a total scam.

This company is a fraud. What they advertise is not what you get. They advertise 100% return but what they fail to tell you in the cost to return is more than the cost of the item. They advertise as being in the US - not the case.

Beware! Total scam. All reviews here are correct. Women's large size is a child's size. Garbage merchandise. They will not refund.N

Wish I'd seen this website before I orderd my polo shirt. Ordered a 3XL. It fits like an adult large. Same runaround on returns as everyone else. This company is junk, its products are junk. Im learning that facebook ads are like ordering from TV ads for cheap products. Last time I ever respond to an ad on facebook. STAY AWAY FROM SCOTT AND PARKER. And beware, they'll change their name and do it again once enough people understand their game. If you dont know the company is a reputable retailer, you are taking a big chance. I hate that for legitimate startups who are going to pay for what these crooks are doing.

pure garbage clothing and crappy customer service. Can only send back to Asia which costs more that the article. STAY AWAY

If there was less than 1 star this company would get it. Product was not color shown even close. Their sizing is a joke. A 2X would not fit a 12 year old. I tried communicating with them only to get, so sorry it's what you ordered. Which it was not. They suggested I pay them to return it and get yet another piece of junk product. Beware.

I just received 3 pull over shirts that look nothing like what was pictured in a man XL they won’t even fit a 12 year old girl they are so small. So don’t order from this company 130.00 dollars wasted so please the pictures aren’t what you received

If I could rate it a 0 I would. The shirt is at least 2 sizes too small , took forever to get and now wondering if I’ll even be able to return it… which I will be surprised. Do not buy from this scam of a company

I ordered two items and then tried to return one, based on their stated "30 day money back" guarantee. Well, they asked for $12.50 to return the item, but with no guarantee of any money back. When I complained, they offered me 10% cash back. Terrible company.

This place is a joke!!! Do not order from them!!! What you receive looks NOTHING like what they advertise. Horrible quality!!!! Trying to get my money back. Let’s see what happens. My expectations are not very high.

Very long wait time to receive the jacket I ordered since it ships from China. I can live with that, not a big deal. What is a big deal is that THERE IS NO WAY TO RETURN A PRODUCT.
The material content of the jacket was better suited to be a bathrobe, downright creepy for a jacket. I was first offered a 10% credit, I declined and said I wanted to return it. Then they offered 20%, 30% and 35% and each time I said I wanted to return it for a full refund. They said I had to return it to China but did not provide a return address. Total scam.

This site is a scam! They totally misrepresent themselves as a good quality us company, when their products come from china and they are awful quality. You won’t be able to return or get your $$ back. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a 4XL shirt. Received a much smaller shirt albeit marked 4XL. Realistically it was a 1 or 2XL at best IMHO. Too small.

Scott & Parker made the error by mis-marking what they sent me or selling sizes that are much too small compared to a normal size in a normal store.

So I requested a fix wanting a real 4XL size. No. Scott & Parker wants me to pay about 25% more to re-order a different size shirt. I just want what I ordered and already paid for. Scott & Parker is not right IMHO.

Amazon doesn’t charge 25% more to correct the seller’s error. So IMHO I’d shop elsewhere and stay away from Scott & Parker!!

Rated 2 not 1 because at least they sent something not nothing albeit too small.

P.S. Outfit has a similar name to an Australian store called Scott & Parker but IMHO I doubt the Australia store is related to this suspect store.
