Fast drop off and collection. Easy to use.

Only criticism is that they don’t have a child’s seat for the transfer to the airport. This isn’t safe and would be a very useful change to have this available. We won’t be able to use you again without this option.

Fast, efficient, friendly. Couldn't fault them. 4am drop off, admin took 30 secs and straight off to airport in the minibus. Pick up waiting when we got back, admin 30 secs and car was waiting. Highly recommend.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the service was excellent. I hardly waited at all for the shuttle. Staff are also very quick to respond to what’s app.
I will definitely use again.

The service was top notch from when I dropped off my car to when I picked. The transfer and pick up to and from the airport was swift. Good customer service. Really impressive. I will recommend.

I highly recommend this service, scotpark are a short distance from the airport and I was dropped off and picked up with no issues. My flight got in at 3am so I didnt want to wait around for long. It was quick and painless. I'll be using scotpark again next time. Thank you

Service was great

The email that was sent by a third party had an old address and the post code did not work. Ended up either a guy on the road. This was the cheapest but did not realise we needed to leave keys. That’s unusual and they cited safety but no other car park in the area operates that. On return all was fine but we waited and extra 20 mins for others to join the cab. If you know all these things and it’s still for you go for it. They need better signage, correct mobile numbers ( ours had a number missing). The staff were friendly enough

Everything went like clockwork, easy drop off of the car and efficient lift to the airport by a cheery driver. Pick up the same and car all ready.

Pick up and drop off went smoothly, close to terminal. Instructions were clear and it was reasonably priced. Even though we ran late due to travel delays they were flexible.

I signed up for the Meet & Greet, phoned ahead and was told to go to the Holiday Inn Express. Went there, no one there. Phoned them again and they tried to tell me I was on the Park & Ride. They argued even though I had the e-mail in front of me clearly stating Meet & Greet. Eventually they agreed to come and get me. Waited 20 minutes before they appeared, they asked to see my confirmation and realised I was correct, took a photo and apologised and took my keys. Upon collection, we ended up waiting another 20 minutes before they brought me my key. Meet & Greet cost more but I ended up standing outside waiting for longer than I would have if I had just gone for the Park & Ride.

I used Scot Park in Clark Street for the first time early hours for an early flight on 19/8/26 and returned on 27/8/26 and on each occasion found the 2 early men and the 2 afternoon men extremely helpful and reliable in taking and picking up me for the airport, Made a good decision to use them.
