Hi, I had been pondering over a winter cruise for almost a month, and when Joanna called me from the Cruise Centre, she very quickly made it easy for me to make up my mind.
Very professional from the start, had a lovely manner, superb at fitting this particular cruise to our needs, explained all the benefits of this cruise, and I can’t thank her enough,
