Horrible customer support, don't apply any logic to your query and it's like pulling teeth to get a response to your direct question. They also refuse to make things right even if you lost money due to their errors. DO NOT buy anything in their games unless you are prepared to just throw money away because of there is any issue they don't help you.

Poor customer support, most recent game change made people invested time and money into the game wasted.
Sometimes they are not refunding money when customer recieve no "virtual goods" after purchase.

This company is a complete fraud. Developers have a massive presence on their own games. They secretly play and ban your account if you expose them. Former developers stated this company has ties to human trafficking. Many big accounts are funneling money using this game. That's why it is so expensive. No real customers are spending 1000s. Avoid their games. Avoid working for them. Unless you also are a pedophile, which is highly likely if you live in these countries that fuel evil.

Spel laat je gewoon stikken. TOTAAL geen hulp of support. Begin niet aan dit spel want het gaat je alleen maar veel geld en frustratie bezorgen

First, because of russians roots of this company there a lot of russians players here. Many of them are cheaters with extra strong might and unlimited gold. They r literally bullying small players and break all rules. Same as in real world. And these russians spread to all kingdoms, so you will never feel safe.
Second, you have to spend regularly hundreds or even thousands euros per month to develop your city. Otherwise you stay small and weak forever.

BUYER BEWARE
Total Battle is a money pit. Like the other reviews if something goes wrong with an in game purchase they will ban your account and lock you out MONTHS later. They are only after your money.

Support is non existent. After sending an email, there is an automated reply saying an agent will be in touch soon but this never happens. Even after repeated emails, no response.
Total Battle is full of bugs. I did a very expensive upgrade and it was not credited. I was furious beyond words.

Software works well. Customer service is terrible. Developer influences in games to drive sales. Payments process quickly (of course) but good luck trying to get a refund on anything once you realize the schemes at play in most of the games.

Be very careful dealing with this company they take your money and offer no customer service if things go wrong
