My letters came off my Everton nec shirt after one wash

Having recently had a horrendous experience with another UK shop that sells counterfeit replicas (with retro in the name), mistakenly thinking it was ScoreDraw, I decided to post a review of my purchase with them from a little while ago. Sadly I have no other officially licensed shirts to find as my clubs of interested stopped running their retro lines

I purchased two retro Internazionale jerseys after having visited an official shop that had other models but had not restocked all. To qualify for free shipping and have a backup, I ordered another shirt from them from a model I had bought at the official store.

It took about 3 weeks to arrive with slow tracking updates but once it did arrive, I was so happy with them. The quality of the material and the true-to-size fit are key of official shirts vs counterfeit. This being the same licensed item sold in the club store (for the same price, just Pounds not Euro so it came out a couple of pounds cheaper) was the reason I made the purchase.

Unfortunately Inter (and a couple of other clubs) is no longer doing retro materials so there's no more stock that interests me, otherwise I'd have gifted myself another set for Christmas! Currently mostly EPL and Championship teams are available, with a handful of other options and national teams, but that is the nature of licensed, retro content - it's manufactured at one point in time and not restocked once it's sold out.

This is my third order & again, a fantastic service, my order arrived on time and the product quality is excellent.

Tried several times to order a replica England 96 shirt but could not pay for the item tried 5 times with my card and 3 via PayPal but with no luck despite plenty of money available. Emailed the 4 times and not even a response!
Really poor and will never buy any of their products again

Absolute Thievery!! Bought a retro top 7 weeks ago and its still not arrived (despite them telling me 2 weeks ago that it would be dispatched immediately). Do not buy from this company, they will steal your money!

I placed an order for two football shirts with Score Draw on 8 February 2022. 16 months later, the purchased products have not arrived at their destination, I never got a refund, and every message that I have sent via e-mail or through the form in their website has gone unanswered. It is simply outrageous. I regularly purchase retro football shirts from companies such as Copa Football or Toffs and I have never had any problem with them.

Overcharged for my item. Contacted to query via web page contact form and confirmation email with no reply on both occasions. Zero customer service so will not use again.

Really quick delivery.

I ordered my shirts decembre 5th. After 6-7 of waiting wondering about the delay of my delivery I decided to ask the company if there was a special issue. Unfortunately I got no reponse by mail. Second try: I sent a message on their homepage. Again no response.
Third try: a message on their facebook page. Finaly the wrote me back saying the package was still in transit. On my reply how much time the company will get me before being refundet or getting a new package I again received no response.
This seems to be an unfaithful company...

Ordered a shirt from Score Draw. The order hasn't arrived yet and is overdue. Have emailed them twice replying to the email they sent advising me the item had been processed and sent. No replies to either of those emails. Contacted them via the form on their website, also without any response so far. The tracking hasn't been updated in two weeks (perhaps that's just the Royal Mail?). No information available from the delivery partner my end. This is really quite frustrating. Compared with other online stores offering similar items I have ordered from around the world, the service from them is poor. If you're an online company communication should be a priority, especially if you want your customers to come back or to recommend you to others. As things stand, I won't be back or recommending Score Draw.

ordered a shirt for next day delivery (paid £9.95) to wear for a party the following evening. They sent the wrong shirt so I wanted to return and have a refund as no good to me now. Have emailed and emailed and emailed and emailed....... no reply. No ones wants to know and there for I have a shirt I dont want and im £50 plus delivery out of pocket with no way of returning to get a refund as no one will reply to me. Disgusting customer service. I really WOULD NOT recommend buying from them at all.

So paid for next day delivery on Friday 20th thinking sat or Monday the latest nope! Wednesday. Please refund next day delivery...

Ordered a jacket for a mate. Size M proved to be a bit to small. So sent it back and followed all steps for a return. Received a mail saying "we have refunded you" despite all this.

Contacted them directly. No answer. Mailed through a different form. Answer was "apologies if you did not expect a refund. You have to order again".

Asked them what about shipping + Customs (had to pay twenty quid), No answers.

So in Conclusion: They do not follow the steps for a return. You will be - 30£ if you order and need to make a return.

Managing returns is a number one priority if you sell clothes on the internet. But obviously not here. So incredibly disappointed.

got response re order conf replied and asked to ask how long would take was told 2 weeks

is now over a month

emailed to ask where jersey is to say I had emailed a diff company (even though ive replied to the same email from above)

they have now changed there details and are classed as Top Draw Jerseys

needless to say I dont hold much hope of getting anything

5 star reviews sound very suspect for me

Not good!used a discount code which said was applied,had screenshot proof too but discount was removed on checking out.tried contacting them 3 times but failed to answer on all occasions. Would not use them again!
