Transfer stuck for 4+ days, then disappeared from the app – very poor support

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ScopeX.

I initiated a €1,000 transfer to India. The money was debited from my account, but the transfer remained stuck at “Verifying Funds” for more than 4 days.

Despite contacting customer support and repeatedly asking for an update, I did not receive a clear explanation or a proper resolution. This is also one of the Major concern and issue.

Now, the situation has become even more concerning: the transfer request has expired and is no longer visible in the ScopeX application. I cannot even track the transfer or see its current status.

My money has already been debited, yet I have no visibility of where the transfer currently stands.

For a financial service, this level of communication and support is extremely worrying. I expect ScopeX to urgently clarify:

* Where is my €1,000 currently?
* Why did the transfer expire?
* Why has the transaction disappeared from my app?
* When will my money be credited to the recipient or refunded to me?
My bank is already confirmed that money is debited and required transition details and receipts shared with Scopex team but no proper response.
I hope ScopeX takes this complaint seriously and provides a clear resolution rather than another generic response.

Amazing app, fast transfer, received money under 5mins with 0fees and 25p rates

I have done transaction on 27th June 2026 and my funds still in verification. There is no proper customer service and they send default answers like wait for some time and all . I am very stressful with this and it’s like heart attack situation for me . Could you refund back my money please . I send msg in Instagram face book and email as well . No response any where

My transaction ID M4X58ZXH of 3000 euros has not been completed, it shows in verification stage from 5 days. I requested a refund 2 days ago which also has not been done yet.
Customer service is very bad they dont respond soon, couldnt find a calling number.
I hope I get some response on this

I did few transfers with ScopeX small transactions are clearing very quickly and instantly . But I did 2 big transactions on 27.05.2026 & 28.05.2026
Rough around 10k euros to India Now money is strucked . Till today no resolution . Always same response from support team saying wait .. wait .. we are verifying

I initiated an international money transfer from Germany to India via ScopeX on 27 April 2026. The app marked the transaction as "Completed" the same evening. The funds have never arrived and remain completely unaccounted for with no resolution in sight.
Here is what happened step by step:

27 April: Transfer initiated and marked "Completed" by ScopeX the same evening
28 April – 1 May: Funds not credited to the recipient's account despite multiple follow-ups with ScopeX. No proper response or resolution provided
1 May: The recipient's bank confirmed they cannot trace this transaction at all — even with the UTR number provided by ScopeX
2 May: ScopeX requested a second bank account and claimed to have resent the funds. However, the receipt issued for this supposed new transaction carried the EXACT SAME UTR number as the original transaction. A UTR is system-generated by India's banking network and is unique to one transaction only — it is technically impossible for two different transactions to share the same UTR. The funds are not credited to this account either.

ScopeX has provided no credible explanation. Do NOT use ScopeX. Your hard earned money may never reach the recipient.

URGENT: Transfer T6L7OOQZ - Held for 48 hours - NO UTR
UPDATE April 30: Not only is the money still missing, but ScopeX is now manually changing the approval timestamps in my app to hide the 48-hour delay. I have screenshots of the original times. This is deceptive and highly unprofessional. Avoid this platform if you value your money's safety.

UPDATE April 30: After reaching the Finance Head, the transfer was finally pushed through. However, it took 48 hours and involved dishonest excuses about my recipient's account type. I am currently in a dispute with them for compensation for this service failure. I will update this rating further ONLY if they take responsibility for the delay and the data manipulation in their app.
UPDATE May 11: ScopeX management reached out and took full responsibility for the technical delay and timestamp issues. They have since paid a fair cash compensation for the inconvenience and reinstated my account. I appreciate their willingness to resolve a difficult situation.

FINAL UPDATE May 12: After agreeing to a resolution and asking me to update this review in exchange for 'reconsidering' my account closure, ScopeX immediately closed my account permanently once the rating was raised. This confirms their lack of corporate integrity. They only care about their public image, not their customers. I have received my compensation, but I would warn everyone that this company uses deceptive tactics to silence honest feedback.

My verification is successful and i got to know thatcit was a technical error. So now i am satisfied with the scopex and also tried to sent the money and sasfied with overall.

I really like their service. I have my doubts with the team at the start but their rates are one of the best. Also, their customer service is very responsive. If you are sending from EUR to INR, this is the best app out there.

It was very easy to transfer and they offer best rate. Sometimes their customer service is delayed, but hopefully it gets better.

ScopeX offers a good conversion rate on every transaction without charging any service fee. I've been using their app for over 2 years now and have rarely had any issues. They have come a long way with their payment integrations and quick transfers. For the past few months, most of my transactions have been done within 10 minutes.

I have created account on Scopex. Since one month they are doing my verification. And i am taking continuously follow up with them. And they are giving me everytime the same reply that we are working. In meanwhile their agent also replied me verification is completed, but it is not reflecting in the app. After that again they started replying that we are working. It is really disappointment with this application. So i am strongly denying this application.

I have initiated money to transfer from my account to scopex wallet but its nearly a day it is not reflecting in my wallet of scopex and i think i feel like i am being scammed and their help customer service is not replying properly so what to do now?
