I had ordered an electric scooter, which came exactly when it said it would. However the speed just wasn’t want we had wanted. Lovely lady dealt very efficiently with my emails and arranged a very prompt return and refund, no hassle. Would definitely recommend.

Actually I don't give reviews on any product that I buy, but this was nice tho. They've send a email about a probability of 1 day delivery delay and they got early in the morning next day after the email. The box of the scooter was opened before the arrive, I don't know why, but the scooter was perfectly fine and a big + of the shipping, they put a locker of my new scooter even if I didn't order one.

DO NOT BUY FROM SCOOTER HUB
I purchased this item back in early January 2022, didn’t receive it until 18th March 2022. I was supposed to have received it at the end of January as it was a pre-order item (didn’t arrive). I had to then chase their customer service team down to get any sort or explanation as to why it hadn’t arrived (shipping issues).
They then provided a new arrival date in early February. Big surprise, nothing arrived and no one contacted me. This happened 3 times. They did not contact their customers until March (months later, well after its due date) to say the stock had arrived.
Nevertheless, I finally contacted PayPal as I was concerned I had paid £1,895 and had not received the item. Scooter hub were rude and didn’t really show any signs of true remorse for there actions and lack of communication.
I finally received the go kart (box was already opened) and the gokart did not even work. Will not connect to the app, not the authentic Lamborghini go kart and literally had a mind of its own. Cannot be controlled.
They finally got back to me stating the GoKarts won’t be recognised in the EU and that you have to have an android phone to activate it (all which should have been done before the GoKarts were shipped) they didn’t know about the issue until I highlighted it.
This whole process has been a nightmare, Trust me when I say DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

We can see that you ordered the Lamborghini Go Kart on January 19th. We had clearly stated on our website, at this time, that the Go Kart was a pre-order item as we were waiting for the stock to arrive.
Unfortunately due to unforeseen delays at the port, which were out of our control, it meant that the stock took longer to arrive than we anticipated. As soon as the stock arrived we contacted every customer who had pre-ordered this model to arrange a convenient time for it to be delivered.

Looking back through our correspondence we can see that a member of our customer service team has been emailing you regarding your query.
We can see that you wanted to return the e-scooter as you were not happy with it but as explained by our team we were unable to accept it's return as the e-scooter has been opened, tags removed and it's been ridden outside.
As per our terms and conditions we can only accept a return for a refund if the item has not been used and is in a resaleable condition. As your e-scooter has been used we could not offer a return and refund at this time.
