Really glad Derriford have switched the supply of my medicine elsewhere!

App is broken and only deliver when I'm at work

The app has been broken for over a month. It's just opens a blank white screen. Even when it loaded it didn't work great, always listed the wrong amount of medication so I always just had to call anyway.

They clearly know there is a problem because I got a message saying "if the app doesn't work click here and fill out this and someone will br in touch. I did that and nobody had been in touch.

Instead of getting in touch they have just booked a delivery in without checking if this is ok. Its not ok because its a day when I'm at work. But then this is a regular occurance. They will on deliver on days I work.

Incredible care from the Belfast nursing team

This service is incredible and I am very lucky to be able to receive treatment at home by very caring nurses from the Belfast nursing team.

The nurses are very knowledgeable and experienced, and I always feel
I am in safe hands.

Always a good service polite and…

Always a good service polite and helpful on normal deliveries and urgent deliveries. Staff delivery drivers very nice. And staff on the telephones behind the scenes are all very polite and helpful .

Reliable honest helpful.

I have always had a very good experience, my medication has always been believed on time,the drivers are very respectful and very helpful if I have and questions or need a new sharps bin, I get regular updates and I'm always kept informed.

Poor communication between hospital

Poor communication between hospital, sciensus and the patient resulting in missed medication and flare up of illnesss due to medication not being administered/ delivered at the correct time. Shocking lack of urgency and extremely long delay in resolving the issue. Sciensus still haven’t sorted the problem nor have I received my medication to date which has resulted in 2 missed doses . This medication is very important to keep me in remission but sciensus do not seem to understand this.
I do not recommend this company as the service is shockingly bad.
