I have used Science Supplements Equine Joint Supplement and Electrolytes for a number of years now. Usually my order arrives very promptly. My recent order seemed unusually late although my account logged it as fulfilled. On telephoning SS we ascertained that the order was still with the Courier with no recent update. SS kindly sent a replacement order out the same day - which arrived the next day. I have still not received the original order but, if I ever do, I have been told to just keep it as well. I appreciate that SS can claim via their insurance but, in my experience, many companies will not replace a lost order for quite some time and sometimes send an SAE for return if it does subsequently arrive. So not only excellent products but excellent and very fair problem solving by Customer Service. Thank you.

I started using FlexAbility Plus for my older boy a few years ago to give him that extra flexibility in our dressage training. He is 18 now and shows no signs of slowing down still working at ele level, in fact he acts more like a 6 year old most days!

I have the muscle builder and muscle aid to help my horse who is very sensitive to most things. I have notice a massive difference him being on them he’s a much happier horse and looks incredible I get compliments all the time. I have just started the joint professional supplement so I’m just waiting on seeing the results for that but looks promising already!

Canine Flexibility Working Dog
Have been using above supplement for around 9 months now. Primarily for my Basset Hound who has bilateral elbow dysplasia. Previously used a well known brand in tablet form, and switched over to this once I saw the difference in active ingredients this supplement offers. Vastly superior to anything else available I have found. No issues transitioning across, and can happily report Buddy is doing great on this. No flare ups at all and seems very comfortable and managing very well with increased exercise. Now also give to his sister as preventative as she is also Basset and keen to avoid joint issues for her in future years.

I started my horse on FlexAbility Plus because of a couple of injuries over the last three years. One a torn stifle cartilage and the other a fractured sidebone he is still recovering from, but is now being ridden and brought back into work. I am sure the supplement has helped his recovery and as he is now 20 years old I will continue to give it to him. I have seen a difference in the two weeks he has been on it.
