Bought my favourite perfume Lancôme Poeme from them and definitely a rip off,smells similar but so weak and wears off whereas the original perfume stays all day . Save your money and save up to buy the original perfume. Don’t use this company.

Spoke to a lovely lady today from Scent Warehouse regarding a missing item purchased through Secret sales. After getting nowhere for 10 days with emails to and from Secret sales this lady finally stopped my stressful experience with the offer of a replacement as Royal mail have lost my item and it was a Christmas gift. Thank you for all your help.

I have spoken to them twice on the telephone regarding a missing order. The first time they were saying they were hoping to locate it the second time they offered me a refund or a replacement item. I told them I would like a replacement three days later today it has arrived in the post. I found the two girls I spoke to extremely pleasant and very helpful. I would certainly use this company again.

I am in the process of returning the so-called Estee Lauder Beautiful perfume to this company. Wish I had looked at the reviews on Trustpilot rather than eBay.

This is not the Beautiful perfume that I ordered. I assumed it was real as I am being charged the best part of £40, and the packaging is identical to the real thing.

If I do not receive the full refund, I will personally contact the real perfume company myself.

The perfume smells very like the rip-off ones that could be bought in Greece or Turkey (C.2000).

Avoid, avoid...if you want to buy a rip-off perfume, get it for £5, not any more.

Disgusting!!! Ordered via secret sales. Spent £300 on perfume, I returned one as I had ordered eau de toilette instead error and they are trying to say I returned the product opened!! It was wrapped in cellophane still wrapped up the way it was delivered. I am waiting for my refund still!! In saying this 3 of the gift sets I had ordered were not wrapped at all just opened boxes so if I wanted to return one of those how could I if it wasn't wrapped like the item I had returned in the original state!! Disgusting stay well clear they will make you out as a liar!

I have just got a La Belle fragrance box from them that doesn't look or smell right at all. This is one of my favourite fragrances but this is unusable and is a horrible brown colour instead of the usual pink. Bought through Onbuy.
Have had 2 good items through Onbuy but on the basis of this I will not be buying from Scentwarehouse again !
If I don't get an easy return and refund I won't be buying from OnBuy again either. Am currently awaiting a response.

Absolutely crap company stay well clear I ordered a bottle of CK1 from these cowboys and they sent a used bottle out to me with less than 1/4 in the bottle I sent photos to them and obviously I asked for a refund or my money back they refused point blank. Trading Standard here I come

Sold 3 weeks expired on the day of purchase face lotion which caused skin problems. No expiry date on the package, have to be checked on the website. Seller offered 50% refund only as it was opened. Very Irresponsible.

Ordered Oscar purse sprays and definitely authentic. Very pleased with the product and have ordered another,

Ordered Joop EDT spray, I have used this Joop for years from other retailers because of its nice very long lasting fragrance, I would without doubt say that this which I have purchased from here is a totally fake product. Smells like Joop on initial spray however lasts probably 10 to 20 mins.
Original genuine Joop can be smelt quite strongly especially on clothing for days after use but on this one I purchased from Scent Warehouse the smell is gone completely in 20 mins even if you spray lots of it on, Also the print on base of bottle looks different to the original genuine product and it’s printed badly which adds to the fact it’s not genuine Joop EDT

Ordered item for Xmas. Was sent the wrong sent. So I complained and was told by scent warehouse that I could return the item. But to pay for it. They did not accept that they had sent the wrong item they in fact deleted the item when I complained and rewrote it as they had sent me the right item. So I screen shot my email showing they sent the wrong item. They ignored me and now I am stuck with the wrong item and no way to resolve this as I’m now being ignored. Avoid this shop!!
