Great customer service! My initial order was missing an item. I contacted them by email and received a prompt reply. Which was surprising. They were gearing up for the WDW Marathon Expo so they were super busy. But as soon as it was over they sent out my missing item. I love the products as well. No more safety pins!!!! I just wish they’d come up with more designs.

I reached out after my order still did not show shipped. The CEO was messaging me, which I thought this means they must really care about their customers. Boy was I wrong. The lack of professionalism and ownership to them not shipping my product to out with tracking or late is my fault? I am a small biz owner as well but I’ll never give another thought to support someone who treat customers like trash.

We did make an error by not checking the box to add tracking to your order. It was an honest, human mistake. We apologized for not shipping them with tracking but they were shipped via Standard Shipping as you paid within 48 hours of your order. We fully refunded you for the shipping cost due to our error. No one in our company treated you like trash. We responded promptly, professionally and honestly to your 15 emails. We are not sure what else you want from us other than apologizing again for making an honest mistake by not adding the tracking option to your shipping label. In the end we hope you love your magnets and have a great run!
The mini size magnets are not strong…
The mini size magnets are not strong enough. They all fell off within a couple of hours during day one of my daughter’s first convention of the year.

That is disappointing and unusual as we sell thousands of our magnets and rarely have issues with dancers, runners, cyclists and other athletes losing a magnet, let alone all of them! Perhaps it was the type/thickness of the fabric or how they were applied that contributed to this. Our PRO set has double the magnet strength and might worth a look.
Item were quickly delivered
Items were quickly delivered. The magnets seem like they will be a good alternative to safety pins. I have a race this month and I will get to try them out.

The magnets worked perfectly
The magnets worked perfectly. I used them in a bike ride as soon as I got them, and they held the bib in place perfectly.
I also appreciate the fact that you got them to me in time for this event.

What a great idea! My daughter used these for an entire dance season. She lost them by not putting them away, not because they fell off. Ordering another pair. :)

Hi Nicole. That's unfortunate to hear. The success depends on ensuring the LinKs are properly placed (front and backs aligned)as well as the kind of number being held in place. We do not recommend the magnets if you are trying to secure laminated numbers or thick card stock type material.

They are a great idea
They are a great idea. However within an hour of convention the magnets came apart (probably from another child knocking it ) and we spent a lot of time looking for the backing and worried about whether it would stay on. I also helped another mom look for her child's magnets that also came apart.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Loosing a magnet can be frustrating and often the back is still in the clothing and can be hard to find. The LinKs use rare earth magnets and are super strong and should not come off unless the number is pulled or magnet is hit in some way. We are always improving the LinKS and magnet strength to ensure a strong hold. You can reach out for a coupon to try the new PRO LinK....they are mega strong and will not move!

Thank you, we got our magnets so quickly. One was missing from our package and Stephanie was so nice to get it to us the very next day! She responded to my email almost instantly to fix the problem. I’ll be buying from them again I’m sure as my girls love the magnets so much more than pins.
