BIGGGGG Scam

SCA is a SCAM! You will lose every bid you make. After you ask for your refund they will claim you have won a car! Now here comes the undisclosed SHIPPING fees! Hundreds of dollars later they keep your deposit! Beware! If you’re looking for a cheap car look elsewhere! Customer service is no help either!

THE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY! I BOUGHT A CAR FROM iaa.com FOR $900 = END TO PAY $2300 FOR FEE AND $240 FORCED DELIVERY, WAIT 45 DAYS TO PROVIDE TITLE , BAD EXPERIENCE!!

Purchased a salvage truck here, and everything was explained clearly, from the conditions to the paperwork. Delivery was handled fast, and it worked well with the requirement for a licensed company to pick it up. Overall very nice.

Excellent service! The detailed descriptions and professional document processing made everything smooth. Delivery was fast and handled by licensed companies. Very happy with the experience.

Brad was extremely helpful to us across all the steps, which included getting the documents, bidding, and preparing the paperwork. For those who purchase from them, SCA Auctions truly goes above and beyond. I really value your help, and moving forward, I will only buy cars from SCA Auctions.

The most important part in my opinion is carefully look thought their bidding terms. All of the info is clear and precise. 10/10 service.

This company does a bait and switch on customers. Their business practices are misleading. Their reps will focus on your winning a bid and conveniently forget to mention all the sales tax and fees associated with the bid. If you want your money back on the same day, within hours of a call, forget about it. It's like pulling teeth from a shark. They are not customer friendly at all. They're more akin to snake oil salesmen.

The customer support is fantastic. There was an issue with the transaction and they helped me solve it in no time. I appreciate it!

Getting a car from this auction went pretty smoothly. Everything was clear and straightforward, and the people there were helpful. Good inventory, and if you are attentive and persistent enought good deals are all around.

Their website has all of the information you need, and the calculator makes it even easier to figure out the payment. I had a couple of questions so I decided to reach to their support team and they did not make me wait. They answered each question in detail and I felt confident in my purchase.

I was skeptical about buying a car online, but SCA made the process incredibly smooth. I was especially pleased with their customer service—questions answered, no hassle. The car was exactly as listed, and that really sealed the deal for me.

I am surprised, but using them for buying salvage cars has been convenient. The website is well-organized and provides comprehensive information about the vehicles. The description of the Subaru and Mustang I got was exact, I got both cars in the condition I expected.

SCA Auctions has exceeded my expectations. The cars are from IAAI but here you don`t need the license, which is much more accessible. website is easy to navigate, and the search filters are handy for finding exactly what you need. It`s clear that they`ve put thought into making the user experience smooth.

I would have put MINUS star, but there is no option for that, SCA is NOT to be trusted with anything they say on their site.
1. They listed a vehicle that is Starts & Drives, when i received the vehicle WON'T even start.
2. Their site say that you have 2 to 5 buisness days to pick up the car and they started chargin me after 2days for storage fee.

Super easy to use, website is friendly, takes no time to get around. Bidding was easy too, predictable and without bs. Bought a 2021 Wrangler without any issues, it arrived on time as well. Satisfied with the process.

I did my research prior to bidding on a boat I wanted and got exactly what I was expecting for the best price. It was fast and easy. Great online auction marketplace.

After winning the bid, they’ll tell you two possibly three weeks to receive title, it took six weeks to get mine then they didn’t sign it, had to fed ex it back to Florida and wait another week and a half. By far the worst auction company I have ever dealt with, I wouldn’t ever do business with them again.

Fantastic car buying experience. I got a nice vehicle at a reasonable price and the car turned out to be in the same condition as it was listed. I now recommend this online car auction to everyone. They are great.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brad and the rest of the team. From the moment I contacted them, I was met with nothing but professionalism and enthusiasm. Brad was extremely knowledgeable about the different makes and models available and took the time to understand my preferences and budget.
Throughout the entire purchasing process, he kept me updated on the progress and made sure all my questions were answered promptly. Once the purchase was complete, the shipping process was initiated within just a few days, and I received my new car in pristine condition.
I am satisfied with the level of service.
