I had a data breach claim against Prudential who allowed a former employee to take my protective data with him to a company that he formed when Prudential made him redundant.
I spent nine months trying to resolve it with Prudential and recover fees that had been paid to this company without our permission but to no avail. I instructed SBW law and they made a claim on my behalf and Prudential admitted the data breach and paid damages.
