I would highly recommend Sab at SB Plumbing and Heating
Sab has done a brilliant job replacing all my very old pipes, boiler, bathroom and doing my new kitchen plumbing.
He is extremely professional, hardworking and efficient. He has worked long hours and weekends to get things finished. He has given me good advice, helped me to chose radiators, bathroom furniture, tiles without pressure and I am delighted with the results. Sab has helped me to create a safe, warm, economical home.

I had a new GCH boiler installed by this plumber in September 2023; however, shortly after one of the radiators failed to up heat up. I didn't do anything during the winter because the house was still warm, but in April I contacted Simon.
Despite several emails, sms, and telephone voicemails prior to 14-04-2024 - he did not respond to my problem.
On 15-04-2024, he HAD TO RESPOND because he had incorrectly filled in the buildings regulation compliance certificate: this meant that the certificate had to be reissued. Today, I received my updated certificate.
He responded by email, and he also suggested what could be the problem with the radiator: I responded by email to his suggestion, but the did not continue the conversation: his one line email was his sole response.
This plumber was paid promptly a very large sum of money for installing the boiler, and I also made him a cup of tea and was polite towards him.
He had informed me that if there were any problems, all I had to do was phone him and he would attend to the problem - what a joke!
The fact the he lives in Worksop, but I don't, probably played a role in his indifference: it's about 50 min to get to my house, i.e. a return trip of about 1 hr 40 min.
Additionally, he didn't bother to balance the system after he had installed the boiler; although, he had said he would do so when we initially spoke on the phone about this work. I believe that this could be the cause of the heater not heating up: the heaters were also all practically brand new.
Well, Simon, he may not wish to attend, but if something goes wrong with the boiler he might not have much choice. I bear no ill will towards him, but this indifference is totally unacceptable.

Simon was extremely polite & reliable from quotation stage to completion. A hard, meticulous and tidy worker whose attention to detail and the quality of workmanship was second to none. Listened to the customer’s requirements and didn’t fault in delivery. Competitive pricing, a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend and use again. Thank you 👍🏼

Highly recommended. Simon was quick to come come out and give us a free quote and we had the new boiler fitted just a few days later. Great job all round and a very nice young man

11/10 tradesman, does the job and does it right, would recommend. Simon is professional and gets on the job straight away! Boiler, shower and towel radiator fitted in home, will be using him for my commercial property.
