We've been working with Sayu for nearly two years now, they'd been recommended to them by a friend. Although there are many Digital Marketing companies out there, there aren't many who are quite as good as Sayu.

We've been working with SAYU for about 5 months now and we are very satisfied with the work we accomplished together so far.

I appreciate their effort and commitment with a growing company like ours and value the fact that they believe in the potential of growth of our brand, all very much helped by good performing online campaigns.

Very result oriented, from Paid Search to Organic and Display, we have seen our campaigns improving very fast. They are not afraid to test and learn and find ways to take the campaigns to the next level which is very important to us.

Also great account management and services. Good to feel like we're working as a team towards the same objective and not only as agency/client!

We transferred our PPC management to Sayu back in February 2016 as we were becoming increasingly frustrated with our current solution, We found the professional approach and knowledge reassuring and now 6 months on can really see the results, simply put our transactions have almost doubled and our actual PPC spend is 10% less than it was before the move. My experience of Sayu has been extremely positive. Whenever I had an issue or needed help, Gary Murphy and Catherine Hinchcliffe were always on hand, responded very promptly and professionally.

We have been working with SAYU since 2013. We started with PPC which we were trying to manage ourselves and they transformed our business with web revenues increasing 10 fold in 6 months. SAYU currently handle our SEO and web development.

SEO is expensive but effective and the web development slower than we'd like but they have produced two large-scale e-commerce sites bug free and operational from the launch. Our two sites are in market leading positions in competitive market sectors and I have no hesitation in recommending SAYU.

Moving my website to Sayu has been one of the best business decisions I've ever made. 4 months from design to launch they held my hand through the whole process. Looking back, I didn't realise how terrible our site was - no wonder we weren't getting sales. Our new site is one to be proud of - with sales to match. Thank you Sayu

Started off quite promisingly around 18 months ago, however, we then asked them for a new ecommerce site; several months later it was delivered and what a mess it was. We had to wait even longer for the errors to be fixed, and for the missing software to be written. When we finally ditched it as being unusable and unfit for its purpose, we were told that they were just about to add the extra facilty, which we hadn't originally asked for?, so that we could take customer orders over the telephone. My advice? Avoid them!

I started working with SAYU in 2014 having had a number of bad experiences with other digital marketing agencies. I was positive about the direction they wanted to take but still a little sceptical having had my fingers burnt previously.

They were able to quickly deliver profitability with Google Adwords before they began to review the site and commence search engine optimisation. I had previously been affected by a Penguin update, but they were confident that they could grow the traffic and improve the rankings within six months; which they were able to achieve.

Having reviewed the website SAYU presented ideas on how I could improve the experience for my customers and a new website was launched in 2015. This when combined with their marketing efforts has seen revenue increase by over 100% YoY.

I would recommend them wholeheartedly as so far I can’t fault the service I have received in terms of communication and results

After approaching Sayu while looking to increase traffic on our website we were given a fantastic service which produced fantastic results, from weekly updates to face to face meetings Sayu provided ourselves with a service second to none. We would recommend Sayu to one and all, and would rate them top of their tree, this comes from experience of having bad encounters with similar companies before. 10 out of 10!

I have used Sayu's services for the past two years and never had a bad word to say about them. My account managers have provided me with relevant reports as required and more information when requested. The knowledge and information that they have offered has always been useful.

The sales staff are as knowledgeable as the account managers and what I like about them is that they are involved throughout the process. There is always someone to discuss matters with and you don't get the run around like in some companies Ive worked with.

Initially promising, within three months they had good results on some pretty competitive phrases.

However, when the google update came last year rankings plummeted and the response from Sayu was poor and ineffective. Our rankings are now worse than they were when Sayu started and all the talk of white-hat methods is clearly incorrect. We let it be know that we were unhappy for months before finally giving notice.

They are either lazy or they do not know what they are doing. When we gave notice, we got a half-hearted plan to go social. But after nearly two years, we were surprised to find out that they still didn't actually know what we did.

I cant recommend them. We have spend a LOT of money with these guys and they have made things worse. We are now having to appoint another company to disassociate our site with inappropriate links.

After 3 months and £2k worth of Sayu services I am now getting less traffic from lower search engine rankings?
There nice people to speak to and seem to know there stuff on the phone, but seem very lacking when it comes to producing the goods!
If there blog link building SEO technique doesn't work (which it didn't for me!) they won't do anything to help apart from try to get you to spend alot more money.
Also, something to note is that the links they build are only actually rented, so if you have to stop paying them (for example if you have to take a months break), they will turn off all the links they built and potentially destroy your back link profile!
Also doesn't help that their sales reps will say anything to get you to sign up.
All in all, a complete disappointment and total waste of my money.
