Great customer service.
After an initial order for 15 Q-905 bands which proved to be unusable, I posted a negative review and received a call from Sawblades.com within a day. They inquired about what problem I was having. After explaining the problem the company said that they would replace all of the Q-905 blades with upgraded Q-906 blades at no additional cost. These bands are working great and my experience with their customer service rep has been excellent.
