Saw.com s'approprie des noms de domaine liés à des marques sans les utiliser eux-mêmes. Et non ce n’est pas parce que votre vendeur a le nom de domaine depuis des siècles comme vous le mentionnez que vous avez tous les droits.
Ils nous ont demandé 35 000 € pour céder un domaine qui, de toute évidence, ne leur appartient pas légitimement. Ces pratiques sont inacceptables et contraires à la réglementation sur les droits des marques. Nous vous recommandons fortement de vous renseigner sur la légalité de vos actions.
Nous mettrons tout en œuvre pour défendre notre marque et nos droits contre de telles pratiques abusives. Faites attention si vous faites affaire avec eux et surtout ils suppriment les avis négatif ne vous fiez pas à leur note !
