Several other domain brokerages wanted to "have a chat to discuss things" but here, everything was text/online/straightforward.

Despite that, I received a very kind and unsolicited note from Jeffery last week (December 2025) in which he went out of his way to warn me about something happening that I needed to know about. This was very quite surprising considering the scathing review I left here. It has made me rethink what I thought about my previous experience. Perhaps I let my personal baggage cloud my judgment.
