Love the site

Love the site. Easy to reorder. Just wish you wouldn’t send me coupons right after I order that expire before my supply even runs out 🤷🏻‍♂️

One of my lenses was not in stock

One of my lenses was not in stock, to make sure I was happy they personally called to see what they could do. I ended up upgrading and I absolutely love the new lenses! They are a fantastic company and I always recommend them and 3 out 5 of my siblings use this website

This is a great company!

I am extremely happy that this site exists. Taylor from Customer Service was very helpful. Top notch. I needed contacts. I ordered yesterday. Did the next day option because I needed them or I couldn't even see. And today I got my new contacts. I will only use this company going forward. Cheaper then buying elsewhere for me. Really happy experience. Thank you.

Kindly note according to the log file, - power was selected which you claim it should had been + power. This is very unusual as we are processing thousands and thousands of orders every month and our system never messes up the Rx. We have tried but not able to duplicate the same issue that you specified.

We have also double check into the case and according to our email, we did give you the approval to return lenses:

Regarding returns, please note the manufacturer will only accept returns if the box is unopened, unmarked and undamaged. Kindly note that once the box of contacts is open, they are non-returnable for hygienic reasons. All returns that do not qualify will be disposed of. Great customer service!

I just want to say that Jessie from Buy Lens Online was terrific with me . He showed me a ton of patience and he was extremely vigilant on getting my problem taken care of and I literally drove him crazy! He is a "gem" for your organization! And Taylor helped a bit too. You have a great customer service team and Jessie delivered great customer service! I definitely will be ordering from your company again. Thanks so much!

Taylor is the best!

I tried various different colored contact lenses before and decided they are not for me. The freshlook colorblends and air optix colors are too dramatic for me. The customer service rep Taylor was so helpful and told me about those custom made Alden GP lenses. He explained to me how it works, and which intensity I should choose. I can’t wait to receive them in the next few weeks!!
