Terrible service, overcharge for lousy delivery service (twice as much as what it actually costs) and just make a bunch of excuses when you contact them. Never use them again.

I ordered 4 boxes of Acuvue lenses by express shipping and it literally came in 2 days by UPS. The lense seems to be genuine as what you would get from a clinic as I'm able to wear without any problems. Quite impressed with their speed and service so far.

The slowest shipping ever they literally hold your order unless you pay extra for faster shipping its a rip off they would be great if they just filled the order in a timely manner instead of blaming shipping speed on the carrier I can get a package in 3 days from California to Tennessee with the cheapest post. It has been over 6 days since I ordered my contacts and they haven't even left the warehouse.

I was accidentally charged twice due to system malfunction, but when I called they immediately refunded my account. It was so nice to get an actual person when you call who cares and corrected the mistake instead of an automated machine.

I ordered some contacts and paid one day shipping and didn’t get my shipment until a week later due to an ups shipping problem. It defeats the whole purpose of paying so much money for a one business day shipping price.

The lens itself some seem to not stick to my eye. They do not feel the same as the ones I get at a doctors office.
