I ordered my contacts on July 11th. As of today July 29th I’ve not received them.

I’ve been a customer for a little over 10 years now. If there ever was an issue Customer Service was prompt to follow up and follow through to provide a solution. I’m very happy with the lenses and the support I’ve received over the years. SaveOnLens is a company I know I can trust. Keep up the great work.

This is my go-to online contact lens provider. I am a U.S. buyer and have been using them for 8-9 years. They have good, in stock selection and if there is going to be a delay they contact you personally to give you other options to resolve the matter. Very fast delivery times with the options to pay for faster if you’re king of procrastination like me. Best for last is, obviously, no Rx required. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed

I'm really in love with this company. I was at Disney World last weekend with the kids and realized my son forgot to bring his contacts. I was worried sick since he wouldn't be able to go on the rides. I searched online and found this site. I called the toll-free number and the man who picked up the call was very helpful. My son wears a high power bausch and lomb lenses and was so surprised they even had them in stock. I paid for the 25 overnight express and it arrived to my hotel front desk the next day. Was a bit doubtful at first since I've never ordered here before, but I am glad everything went smoothly. Not the cheapest option but it saved our trip so I am more than happy!

They take for ever to ship. I don’t mean shipping takes forever, I mean you can put in an online order and they won’t process it for up to a week. Unless you get priority shipping but they don’t ship themselves. Anyway if you have to time to wait it’s fine if not it sucks
