Franchement, j’aime beaucoup les produits Satyn. Les casquettes sont confortables, de bonne qualité et très belles. Elles protègent vraiment bien les cheveux et les coiffures au quotidien. Il y a pas mal de modèles différents, donc on trouve facilement quelque chose qui nous plaît. J’ai aussi quelques bonnets de la marque et j’en suis très content. La livraison est rapide, je n’ai jamais eu de souci avec mes commandes. Les prix sont abordables. Pour moi, c’est une marque avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

C’est une énorme arnaque ! J’ai reçu mon colis 1 mois après la commande et il est trop (leur sizing est faux) et ils refusent de rembourser car on a 1 mois après la date d’achat !! Je ne sais pas comment on peut renvoyer un article qu’on n’a pas reçu. Passez votre chemin, ce sont des voleurs !

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de lire à quel point cette expérience a été frustrante pour vous. Attendre près d’un mois avant de recevoir votre commande, pour constater ensuite que la taille ne convenait pas, est forcément très décevant.
Ce que vous décrivez concernant le délai de retour calculé à partir de la date d’achat, et non de la date de réception, ne correspond pas à l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir. Nous comprenons aussi parfaitement le sentiment d’injustice que cela provoque lorsqu’il devient impossible de renvoyer un article qui n’avait même pas encore été livré dans ce délai.
Votre retour est pris très au sérieux, en particulier sur le retard de livraison, le problème de taille, et la manière dont la politique de retour semble avoir été appliquée dans votre situation. Ce sont des points importants, et nous comprenons pourquoi cela vous a laissée avec un fort sentiment de déception et de colère.
Merci d’avoir pris le temps de l’exprimer aussi franchement. Même lorsqu’un avis est difficile à lire, il met en lumière les aspects de l’expérience qui n’ont pas été à la hauteur et sur lesquels nous devons progresser.

The quality and look of the skullcaps is great and I’m sure you won’t be able to find another one that’s as good as theirs.

Les produits sont de super bonne qualité et pour le prix c'est plus que suffisant. Initialement, j'avais eu un soucis avce la commande (1 bonnet sur les 3 était de la mauvaise couleur), mais le service client a été super compréhensif et a rectifié le tir dès que le soucis avait été identifié. Je recommande ces bonnet à 100% si comme moi avant, vous faisiez la misère à vos cheveux à chaque hiver ...

Quality incostincency
Ordered 3 black skull caps but all of them came in different sizes and only 1 fit properly which is odd because there was no option to choose size so clearly this was an incostincency on their behalf. Emailed their after-purchase customer service but they never responded to solve the issue, even sent a follow up email but still no response.
