Excellent service from a very helpful law firm that got my compensation

Kept informed at each stage,Very polite and friendly.

I decided to go through the disrepair lawyers as I have numerous repairs that are just being dismissed by my landlord. I filled an online form out and within half an hour a lovely lady called Lucy called me and asked me to explain everything, I wasn’t made to rush or feel like I shouldn’t be complaining, Lucy had the patience to listen to everything I had to say and give advice. She really made me feel at ease. Would really recommend to anyone that is in the same situation. Thank you so much again Lucy.

From day one I was informed regularly what was happening with my claim. It was dealt with efficiently, friendly and clearly by Caroline Senior who could not have been bettered in my opinion. Thank you is not enough as I am concerned. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a problem as they will tell you immediately if you have a claim and who with deal with it efficiently.

I was dubious at first speaking to Satchell Moran Solicitors because of the words “No win no fee” but I was proven wrong. Truly professional service that I highly recommend.

This solicitor is useless and rubbish.The housing association lied to them
And they're talking about, they told me there was no proof because the housing told them that I had not reported mould in my property. So I contacted the housing. And I told them that if they didn't put it in, there was a breach of privacy, they straight away, gave me the date and the reference number. So I got the evidence and proof when I went back to the solicitor. He said, there's no follow-up proof 1 minute, there's no proof at all, and now there's no follow-up proof clearly the evidence shows that the housing. Association have already lied. What a useless solicitor I will be taking this to someone else
Honestly, do not use this solicitor they are on the housing side, go and find someone else.
I mainly use this site to let people know of companies that are incompetent or have bad service.

Friendly and polite staff with professional service

We had a housing dispute with Georgina and Shannon dealing with it they were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to help to me they had a very good understanding of my mental health and the problems that I had along the way would definitely recommend these to other people that’s very fast very efficient and to be honest deserve a pay rise.

Keya was amazing, she helped me with my claim and never give up a fight and always give me the best advice, just waiting on my payment now thanks to keya, she’s so lovely and don’t to earth as well and has so much time for her clients.
