Terrible and untrustworthy travel…

Terrible and untrustworthy travel agent.

If I could give a 0 star I would give. I am under great stress at the moment. a travel agent has spoiled our entire holidays. we bought it eight months ago for one adult (mother) along with three children including18 months old daughter. The travel agent sent a copy of the reservation with 4 ticket numbers. A day before traveling when I tried to check online found out that my daughter's name is not appearing on the booking although her name was on the ticket sent to us. I contacted the travel agent, who said that as the daughter is traveling with her mother therefore her ticket is associated with her mother. On the flight day, we reach the airport with plenty of time before and found the same problem which the travel agent claimed that he has sorted it out. After an extensive 3.5 hours conversation with the travel agent and British Airways, they were trying to throw the blame on each other. The airline said that it is the travel agent's fault did not associate the baby ticket with the mother and the travel agent keep saying that he has sorted it out and asked to check the status. I have checked at least 40-50 times but found the travel agent was lying all the time. When the boarding was about to complete the travel agent asked me to check the other three passengers and the airline is resolving the baby’s ticket otherwise we will lose all our tickets. Once the boarding is completed, neither the month baby is left behind. I am sharing this painful experience with you so you must keep away from those cons. Please do not use these scammers, sasti flight, mytrip UK or check their website because they are operating with several other Now travel agent is asking for extremely high fare and not accepting his mistake and the airline keep saying it's a travel agent's mistake. As I am considering taking legal action against the travel agent and raising my issue to the authority to take serious action against the travel agent and revoke their license. I have now not enough money to buy an expensive ticket and do not know how to handle my little daughter without a mom. If the travel agent thinks this review is not correct then I can be contacted. They are aware of who am I and how they spoiled my family’s vacations.

Mr Zaidi, as per our records we don’t have any customer or passenger of your name nor we received any complaint regarding infant ticket association;
Please let us your ticket numbers and upload records of your calls or invoice on same forum so that other people can judge who is lying;
You have written huge scam story that has nothing to do with our business and tried to defame our business; our IT department is trying to locate you and we will take you court once located.

Adventures are the best way to learn. I have been traveling a lot around the world, recently I Booked a flight with sastiflight.com from London to JFK. I'm extremely impressed with sastiflight customer care, exemplary customer service and the excellent price they got me. The rates they quoted me were cheaper than any other available options online made me save around £180+.

Very very bad service and Bad…

Very very bad service and Bad scheduling. I booked a ticket . It had 2 stops on the way back. The second stop kept changing cause its had very short window to catch next flight . I called and told them .they didn’t listen and I end up losing my flight and cost me extra money to get a taxi home for 200 miles . They people are lie and con dont book your flight with them .

Clueless People

One Star is only there is no option for no star, only book with these clueless people if you want to be messed around or can guarantee after booking you won't need any further assistance, because if anything changes they will simply say we don't have the authority to change or speak to the airline. These people are a joke, unhelpful, clueless and have no idea what to do to help a customer.

I have used this company several times…

I have used this company several times it's service is awful they overcharge people and when you want to change booking the price is double. If you want to book then book through the Airline company yourself. Or use another company which has 5 rating. The reviews are not good on trustpilot.

If I could give a 0 star I would give it really bad customer service especially, waqas, Kiran, and the rude manager. My name was written wrongly on the ticket to dubai on emirate airlines asked them to change the name spoke to Emirates they said the travel agent can change it u just have to pay abit of extra money like £30 to £35. I rang spoke to waqas, Kiran and manager all three of them said no they can't just go on the flight see what happens. I could not take the risk because if the name is written wrongly they may not allow me on the flight I could not take this risk because I had to get on the flight to see my ill father. They said either book a new ticket or get on the flight I couldn't do this I did not have enough money. I eventually borrowed money to book another flight with another travel agent. After I booked the flight sastiflight give me a call said we have changed the name on the ticket just have to pay £35 it was too late by then I'd already booked another ticket asked them why they could not do that before I booked another flight made me spend more money. Emailed a complaint to them several times and even spoke to them on the phone to give me a written response still no reply. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AVOID

I've booked my flight 6 months back for a trip in 10 months' time. Now received a call, saying PIA canceled the flight. I asked for official confirmation but none was provided. Omar based in Islamabad was very rude and aggressive.

Terrible travel agent.

Refused to change my tickets as flights were cancelled.Then refused to give refund as outbound trip was done. Contacted turkish airline and they told me already refunded and sasti said cant help.

Only refunded £240 for 3 tickets despite getting £800 direct refund for 2 seperate tickets on a previous occasion.

MR OMAR tells fibs and doesnt bother replying to emails.

I cannot believe this company and they claim to be operating for 17 years customer service very rude and laughs when are annoyed at they service I booked my flight and the airline cancelled my connection flight when I called to question what’s happened waqas(customer services) told me with so confidences the flight has not been changed and it’s confirm I was still not happy with the response I call the airline directly to only found out the flight has been cancelled I can cancelled and get a full refund and or change the date I called back to question frustrated I still did not get a straight answer was told to write an email to as for a refund I urge people not to use this fraud company with rude customer services

AVOID AT ALL COSTS❗️ Worst experience ever!

I booked flight tickets via this agent SASTIFLIGHTS.COM also trading as (EASY TRAVEL AND TOURS LTD) online in January 2020. My flight’s were due last week of March 2020 but got cancelled by the airline due to the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic. I got in touch with the agent and they said I’ll be refunded in vouchers, after contacting the flight directly & being told I’ll be receiving a full refund I refused to accept the vouchers. After numerous calls back & forth I was told I’ll get my refund Mid June I asked them to give me this in writing and they sent me an email confirming I’ll get my refund of over £10,000 by end of July 2020. I called one day before & a very rude lady spoke to me and said well it’s not end of July yet there’s 1 day still left so I told her okay since it’s only another day I can wait another day whereas I’ve been waiting since March when flight started got cancelled. So what happens then, NOTHING! I contacted the agent again in August after a few days and the person on the phone said I should’ve received a form via email to complete to get the refund it was sent to me a few days ago I checked my inbox and spam folders but no sign of this form but all of a sudden while I’m on the phone I get that form sent to me via email. I then immediately filled in the form and sent it back & called them again to be told to wait for at least 24-48 hours. After 72 hours I called them again and I’ve now received just a little over £10,000 whereas I should’ve been fully refunded they kept back a few hundred and tried to tell me that the airline charges people approx £10-£20 per person. I again contacted the airline and was told I’m entitled to a full refund as cancellation wasn’t my fault and flights were cancelled by the airline and they’ve returned a full refund to the agent but the agent is holding back a fair amount of my money. I called the office and was spoken to in a horrible tone as if my business was irrelevant and was told to do whatever I want as that’s what the airline has refunded. I’m so extremely disappointed & angry that firstly this company has held onto my money almost just under £10,500 for over 8 months and then when they do finally refund me after so many calls back & forth they deduct a nice portion of my refund.
I’ve now spoken to my legal representatives who will be writing to them very soon as I’m fed up with wasting my time & breath on the phone to people who have no experience of or never heard of the word CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My advice to anyone looking to book tickets with this agent is PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST! You may save a few pounds but if something doesn’t go to plan or happens & you want your money back then forget it unless you’re willing to waste so much time in calls and wait for many months etc.
This company is an absolute shambles and I will be getting in touch with the relevant authorities about them too.
Absolute worst example of a travel agent, you’d rather pay extra and go elsewhere believe me it will be so worth it but if you use this company you will live on to regret for the rest of your life!

NEVER EVER BOOK YOUR TICKETS WITH THIS COMPANY IT’S A FRAUD COMPANY. I had booked 2 tickets worth more then £1000 after which the flights got cancelled it’s been 2 months now I’ve been calling them asking for a refund they do not take any interest in helping or doing anything for a refund and on top the manager is VERY RUDE in speaking he even fired bad words. All they keep saying is they need to confirm with their other departments and call which they dont.

Scam Company

This company is NOT good what they did is took my money for my flights. After i keep calling them and calling them they no pick up so I go to the address in London that they provide but it is not real so they using fake address. Avoid this company as they will take your money as well. Please tell friends and family to stay away from this.

Plz plz plz don't use this website as they scam you and no my kids holidays are ruined we were going to surprise for his birthday but now its ruined and my kids very upset.
