Some issues with accurate quotes and order but once finalised everything happened smoothly. The installers Robert & Norbert very good, left everything clean, resolved a problem very well and pointed out a scratch

Thrilled with our new window! Our old window used to get terrible condensation that we had to window vac every morning but so far that seems a thing of the past with our new window. The installation team finished the installation to an excellent standard and the room feels both warmer and quiter. Looks gorgeous too, the wood grain sash looks like timber! The sales process wasn’t pressurised at all either, can’t recommend the company enough.

The experience of dealing with Sash Windows London was first class from beginning to completion. James provided excellent and unassuming advice towards my choice of windows and Marek and Gary fitted them to perfection. Installation was punctual, professional and painless and the guys left the rooms neat and tidy. Apart from the longish wait between ordering and installation (2 months), the windows look beautiful and bring a feeling of calm to both rooms. A little early to tell how much the glazing will impact on heat retention over time but I am delighted with the work.

From estimate to fitting, the company has been professional and accommodating. The fitters themselves were very good, tidy and precise. Shout out to Kaspar and Ivan - very hard working. They had a third floor job without lift and carried out their work without complaining.

I am very satisfied with this company. I decided to replace a window in one of the rooms of my house that used to be very cold. I chose a wooden window because my home is located in a conservation area. The new window is beautiful and fits perfectly with both the façade of the building and the interior of the room.

The installers were extremely professional and efficient. Considering that I have carpet throughout the house, they were incredibly careful they covered all the furniture and the carpet properly, and took away the old window and all the waste materials.
