I would echo all of the reviews on here. I ordered for my wife at £34.95 an “Appliqué “ tapestry style bag with a cuddly black cat picture , that is sat on some books on the front . I received an embarrassing plastic folded up piece of tat after about two weeks,with a printed picture on the front worth about £1.50. Total and utter utter scam, DO NOT BUY , complete £ shop rubbish and I think getting a refund will be difficult via these crooks, but I am trying via my bank .

If I could,, I would give ZERO stars. After waiting for at least 2 weeks, the 'bag' arrived this morning. As other writers have stated, it turns out to be a cheap, mass-produced nylon bag with a printed design and no gusseted bottom. It is probably worth around £1.50 rather than the £34.95 that we paid. I have written to the firm to complain, sent photos and asked for a refund. However, having seen some of the other reviews here, I doubt I will ever receive a reply and am certainly not prepared to send the hideous bag back to China at my expense. Horrifying to discover that they are operating under another name already and using another city in the UK (Margaret York).
Another scam - AVOID!

The product purchased a handcrafted quilted bag is NOT what you will receive. What you will get is a cheap printed bag of the same design. Absolutely nothing like the advertised item.
This company is a complete Conn a Sham and I was taken in by it I hope having read this you wont fall into the same trap. I am an OAP and was looking to buy my wife something nice. I am too ashamed to give her this bag. I could return it for a refund but you have to send it to Asia at your own cost which is probably more than the bag itself and now that I don't think I can do.
I am so disappointed, please don't fall for the same SCAM.

This has to be the worst purchase i have ever made but wow what a website all misleading.
I have requested under there 30 day no quibble gaurentee policy a return procedure and details more then happy to pay I wouldn't even give it to a charity shop its that bad.

I would have given a zero ! There’s no hand crafted , quilted bag , it’s cheap Temu rubbish , not even worth a £5 let alone £36.99 ! My 80 year old mum bought this for me as a gift , she didn’t think to check trust pilot or Google , the site looks so convincing. DO NOT BUY

The item I received didnt have the image I’d ordered. Described as “ Quilted, padded and double-layered. The bag holds its shape full or empty — set it down and it stands on own”. “Depth 14cm” “ “premium materials and timeless in design, our handcrafted bags …” NO IT ISN’T. It’s a standard, flat tote bag. Nothing special, not handcrafted. Ridiculously complex and expensive returns policy. Avoid at all costs

This company is a scam. These products are not hand crafted but mass produced printed. They offer a 30 day return, but expect you to pay for them to be couriered to ASIA.

I would give no stars if possible. As many have said, what you order is not what you get. I knew this, even before opening the package. For anyone thinking of getting one of these bags please don't. Don't touch this company with a barge pole. It's a scam, cheap Chinese or similar crap. You have been warned.

This is quite a scam! Nothing like advertised. No padding and definitely not hand made. Mass produced tote bag. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Was expecting it to come from London and when went into tracking discovered it was coming from China. The same bag is on temu for £9.98. I paid £39.95. Once ordered you are not able to cancel. The returns policy is a farce too so I'm sure they are depending on people not bothering. Totally disgusting. Do not buy anything from this site!

Cheap, nasty, no way would I have bought this in a shop.
Overpriced completely, as a previous customer said, a "bag for life" is what it reminds me of, and that would have been only a couple of £.
It's a scam, and the website should be removed.
I'm sending it back (assuming I get a response to my email), and I am asking for a full refund.
Don't buy from this site.

I have just received two very cheap bags, nothing like it states on the Website! I wish I had never heard of them, as someone is taking money and providing rubbish bags!!!

Eventually received item. No communication when contacted. Item is not quilted as described. Very poor quality. Worth £1.99 at best, certainly not £35. Verging on being a scam. Not recommended.

I feel a total idiot. I am a grandma and don't order on line normally, but I liked these supposedly hand crafted bags from a person who was 'retiring' and closing her business. I am a grandma and ordered 4 bags for.my upcoming birthdays of daughter and grandkids. The website says there is a shop which makes you believe this is a genuine stock clearance. When I placed my order it gave my credit card last 4 digits so I presumed it would be OK. I have not received my order. I cancelled My credit catd but this payment went very quickly. I wait to see if my order arrives and the quality. Are they,as claimed, or cheap rubbish mass produced in China???..??

I bought a bag priced £ 34.99 which was advertised as a handcrafted bag which stands up by itself even when empty. What I received was a cheap flimsy bag which was mass produced in China and was folded into a small square which definitely would be impossible to stand up by itself.
The picture was printed onto thin material and was not the handcrafted picture shown on the website. The handles were flimsy and badly stitched. I have seen better quality bags in a pound shop.
I so wish I had seen reviews for this company before I ordered.

This company is a scam ! Avoid at all cost . As other people have said bag arrives and is the quality of a bag for life purchased for £1 in a supermarket. Bag portrayed as hand crafted and is certainly not. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Absolute scam. Pictures definitely AI and bag not stitched or quilted as pictured. Bag took 2 weeks to arrive. Very cheap tote bag with a print on. Very overpriced. Would give minus star rating if possible.

This company is a scam company, they are not in the UK but in Asia. the bags look quality handcrafted bags on their website, but what you get is poor printed on canvas
bags. And when you try to return them you have too send them to Asia at your cost, and they offer you a 10% refund So steer clear of this scam company.

Ad said prompt post using royal mail. However it came from China after 3 weeks.
Pictures on site misleading showing a Caucasian lady in a typically English kitchen with needle in hand. What a con. Came from China. Not embroidered or handstitched. Worth less than a quarter of their sale price.

I ordered 5 bags as gifts.
I waited about 4 weeks for delivery - that was OK. However, on receipt of the items, I was so disappointed. They are definately NOT quilted, padded or double layered as advertised. They are just a cheap single layer . Yes the design looks the same but it's just a printed fabric.
The package was much smaller than expected that is because they are all folded in four leaving very deep creases which are unlikely to straighten out.
Customer service is abysmal. They offered a 10% discount to keep the items advising that the costs of returning were very high, obviously putting me under pressure to keep them.. I actually felt I was being held to ransom.!!
By accident, I found similar bags from a number of companies at around £8 - £10 each.
Oh and they were delivered by Evri - not Royal Mail as advertised further purporting to being a UK company.
