Size run smaller than plus size woman
Size run smaller than plus size woman. Difficulty trying to get the correct return address. Still no reply back. On line states that I should not send package back with , if any, return address on delivered package. First time trying to purchase with this business, Saphrose.com. I’m very frustrated especially if I can’t even have use of my purchase.

Dear Valued Customer,
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the unfortunate experience you've encountered with your recent purchase from SaphiRose. We are truly sorry to hear that the sizing did not meet your expectations and that you've faced difficulties obtaining the correct return address, especially during your first time shopping with us. We understand how frustrating this must be, particularly when you're unable to use your purchase as intended.
We want to assure you that our customer service team has been diligently working to assist you with this matter. In fact, we did send you the return address for our warehouse back on June 13th via email. We kindly ask if you could please take a moment to check your spam or junk folder, as it's possible that the email might have been filtered there due to a system glitch.
Upon seeing your recent comment, we recognized this potential oversight and took immediate steps to ensure you receive the necessary information. We have therefore attempted to contact you by phone and have also sent the return address to you via text message. We sincerely hope that you manage to receive these updates successfully this time.
Should you find that you still haven't received the return address, despite checking your email folders and messages, we would be truly grateful if you could kindly reach out to us once more. We are here and ready to provide any further assistance needed to resolve this for you.
Thank you ever so much for your patience, understanding, and for bringing this to our attention. We deeply appreciate you choosing SaphiRose and hope we have the opportunity to regain your trust and provide a much more satisfactory experience in the future.
Warm regards,
Just the rain poncho I wanted
After looking on several sites for a rain poncho for my river cruise in October I found the one I want on SaphiRose. It meets my expectations and needs for a roomy throw over clothes/coat while looking stylish. It comes just above the knee and I esp. like the zipper for easy on and off.....also the snaps that keep the sleeves in place.
I'm 5'5" and weigh 124 but it is plenty roomy for a bigger person.

Keeps you dry
Worked great to keep me dry while gardening in steady rain. I especially like the extra brim on the hood. Since it is unisex, it is quite large, so I roll up the sleeve slightly and use a clip together belt around my waist to fit it closer to my body

The rain poncho I ordered was a great price, arrived ahead of schedule, and looks exactly as pictured. It is light-weight and folds down small for packing, but I have not needed to wear it in the rain yet. If it proves to be as waterproof as advertised, I will come back and add a fifth star.

Won't Refund Your Money For a Return Without Multiple Outreach
I paid to return a poncho to Saphirose ~ I followed all their requirements, including sending the tracking # and confirming it was delivered to their loading dock on 5/31/24. They replied back they would refund me in three business days, and then didn't.
If I hadn't audited my credit card, I wouldn't have realized they didn't fulfill their end of the return. I had to reach out again to ask for my refund, which they finally did refund me a full two months after they received the return. No apology, just a very strangely worded email thanking me for my "cooperation." See below.
Would never do business with them again -- poncho was one size fits a XXXXL sized person. The poncho didn't breathe and it was HUGE. Couple this with the return policy where they forget your refund -- fugetaboutit.
Email from Saphirose after two months with no refund:
"Please verify your inbox for confirmation that the Returns Team has processed your refund request for returns.
Please allow a few business days for the receiving bank to deposit the funds into your account.
We appreciate your cooperation throughout this procedure and look forward to doing business with you again."
