Santosh is very dedicated mentor and coach. His attitude towards mentoring others really justifies the title of his book "Born to teach". He is so thorough in his teaching concepts, always ready to answer all queries with great patience. He teaches not just as part of his job duty, but he is truly involved with all his students and make sure everybody in the session is understanding the concepts. His sessions are very interactive and engaging. Me having master's in computer application and career in QA, always avoided coding languages :-) but Santosh taught Java in such a easy and interesting way that I have started loving coding now.
