1st time ordering with Sant Leclere and the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. Seamless ordering and when assistance was needed my assigned assistant Henri went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct ( some minor difficulties on the website). That level of customer care and support was the 1st selling point of doing business with SL. Consistent updates regarding development of the various pieces of jewelry and when shipped timely tracking status was the 2nd selling point. I received my 1st order today and the quality, craftsmanship, attention to detail and the "delicious nuances" of each piece was above what I expected...and the colors...beyond description...rich, vivid, deep...I'm simply blown away. Great service and great quality
I had ordered the Ocean Bleu bracelet but the wrong size came. I reached out and Henri responded right away. They sent me a shipping label for free return and they sent the size bracelet I needed. Henri also advised me on my following purchase of the Ocean Bleu ring. He was extremely helpful.
I also received the matching necklace as a gift and the set is beautiful. Everyone that sees the pieces raves about how beautiful they are.

The product ordered before was fabulous, but delivery time is ridiculous. I’ve placed another order recently, paid 35 euro for 2-3 days shipping, placed order on 28 of November, it’s now 10th of December and the order is not even shipped yet.
I did change delivery address as I am going away, but no contact since then and it’s a Christmas gift, and I don’t even know if it will come before Christmas since it’s not shipped yet. This is the last time I’ve ordered from here. Very disappointed.

Sharp prongs on the green stones.
The ocean emeraude ring looks very nice but the little prongs on the green stones stick up a bit and are sharp and uncomfortable on the adjacent fingers. This is not an issue with the neck chain or wrist bracelet. The ring is something to be worn for a short period of time on an occasional basis because of this.

I would love to be able to give them a five star review. But the amount of time that it takes to get the order was a full 2 1/2 weeks. I got the ocean blue chain and bracelet set. I’ve never seen Anything that is so bright when you open the box. A great wow factor. I’ll probably order the green bracelet now. Just make sure you give yourself enough time to receive what you ordered in time. Overall beauty five stars. Quality of service, fulfilling, the expectation of when it would arrive, 3.5 stars. Would I buy from them again? Yes yes yes.
