This trip was amazing
This trip was amazing. We booked it last minute and the agent couldn’t have been more helpful. The moment we arrived at the airport from the minute we stepped off the coach it was a magical experience. From the star on the coach, the songs, the stops, the activities- it was all like a well oiled machine with so much happiness and laughter thrown in. We did reindeer and husky sleigh rides, Mrs Claus work shop, post office…. Accommodation and food wasn’t 5* but ok. What a memorable trip - I have raved about it to everyone I know - we are still on cloud 9. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service
We have just booked a trip of a lifetime to Lapland. We were pretty sure we knew who we wanted to book with and where we wanted to stay but we called Santa Claus Trips just to double check. Jodie answered my call and completely changed our minds! She was so knowledgeable and provided lots of information so we were able to choose the best option for our family. She wasn’t pushy but was always available if we had more questions. An absolute credit to the company. We are so excited and can’t wait to go in December.

Booking was easy fo a memorable trip.
Booking was easy, no problems and any questions were answered promptly.
I tried booking with another company but was messed around.
My decision to book came down to what was on offer, the other company offered a husky ride or reindeer ride and lunch. With this booking we have meals on the flight plus lunch, husky ride, reindeer ride and snowmobile. Plus so much more.
I did this years ago for my daughter who is now 40 and now i want to do the same for my grandaughter.
We still often speak about the trip and want her to have the same experience.

Customer service is amazing
Customer service is amazing, I am going with 2 children with complex needs one using a wheelchair and the customer service agent couldn’t of done anymore to ensure we have easy access and providing the best accommodation to suit our needs. Extremely helpful and knowledgable for excisions too. Offering advise on things we would potentially need like ear defenders for the huskies etc. This is the 2nd time we’ve booked and the previous agent was just as knowledgable and helpful. Great service all round.
