Like others have mentioned, do not order from here!

First of all, I was under the impression I was ordering from a US company "The Santa Barbara Boutique." I saw a sweater on an influencer and was on vacation so I did not do my normal due diligence.

In addition to the sweater I ordered (which looked exactly like the photos/influencer video), I ordered what I thought were 2 linen style shirts (per the pictures) and I received 2 ugly uniform looking shirts!

When you reach out to inquire about returns/exchanges, they are very responsive. However if something does not look as pictured, it is cost prohibitive to even attempt to return the items and they know/rely on that. They'll ask you to send pictures and after they do a "thorough review," they'll tell you it's a best seller and there may be some slight differences/variations in fabric (ha!) but it's what you ordered. Jokes on you!! They'll then offer you 20% back then 30% (max) when you say you want to return (which is at your expense - to CHINA!) and you can "keep" the items. It now loks like my $50 sweater is going to cost me $100. Thankfully it is actually really cute. This has been frustrating and annoying. Just don't do it!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes online that turned out to be very much not true to size (way too small). This store makes it extremely difficult to return orders - it's taken multiple emails back and forth and they refuse to pay for my return shipping. Absolutely not worth the money or effort, and I will not be buying from them again.

Ordered shoes. Got them but they were two sizes smaller than what I ordered. Reached out several times to return but no reply. Do not trust this company!

This company is a total scam! DO NOT order from here!!!! They do answer their emails within 24 hours so you think all is legit.
If you have no intentions of returning anything, and you don’t mind the smell of the clothes, and the quality isn’t as exactly pictured, then I guess you can order from here.
I had ordered a $55 item with a $5.99 welcome discount. All that sounds like a normal legit website (thinking it’s a nice item because of the price and because they had a discount code). So I thought, why not. I should’ve done my homework and did the reviews, but unfortunately, I did not.
It took about two weeks for my order to come because it was coming from China (which I didn’t know because it was Santa Barbara boutique which you would think is in California - as pictured on the website).
I wanted to return the item for all reasons I stated (and the package did come from Illinois).
At first they offered me suggestions on keeping it by washing it, etc. and I stated from the very beginning saying all I want was a full refund. The next email came and they offered me a 20% off. Again, stating that I just wanted a full refund.
Then another email came that they would give me 30% off. Again, stating that I just wanted a return label sent to me so I can return this and get my full refund (as stated in their website).
So finally, they sent me a form (not a return label) wanting five different things sent to them via email (RMA, photo of item, tracking information, copy of receipt and customs declaration).
So I get the address, pack everything up, fill out the address label, and I go to the post office. They told me it’s going to be $33 to send it back, but, that it will not have any tracking information. If I wanted that, it would be $66 to go to China, which I had no choice to do if I wanted a full refund (the lady at the post office did tell me that it was a scam too. That they may even tell me that they didn’t get the item and now I would be out double the price. She says this happens a lot). This company knew it was gonna be a hefty postage fee. Why couldn’t they have been upfront about it or put this on their website?
Very disappointed with this whole process. It was very exhausting, frustrating, and a waste of my time!!! In the end, they gave me 30% off, so I’m out $38, when the item was probably only worth $9.99!

This is the same Scam company as Malibu Boutique that went out of business recently.They have just changed the name. I tried to return an order due to the extremely poor quality of the clothing and the warehouse wouldn't accept the package so I am out $216. If you look at the review for Malibu Boutique here on Trustpilot,they had a 1.2 rating. Now they are trying the same scam on Santa Barbara Boutique. NOT buy from them!!
