"Knock and Run" deliveries drive me mad!
I haven't checked the wine yet, but I'm sure it will be fine. Bottles/packaging were actually up-side-down, with some damages to polystyrene, but bottles all OK. Main problem is with DHL, who NEVER wait for you to answer the door.

Dear customer, we are extremely sorry for this bad experience caused by DHL. Although we try our best to ensure the whole experience is perfect, transport is mostly beyond our control. For instance, even though we show how the case should be placed if DHL left it up-side-down it is difficult to control from our side.
Sadly, the comment regarding DHL in our profile affects our rating instead of DHL rating. Still, we will do our best to improve delivery experience.
