Very disappointed with the purchase I made. Took way longer than anything else I ordered from other companies and the personalized name is horrible quality. When I contacted them, they didn't offer a new cup being sent but gave me a 15% refund. That didn't do much as the item was a gift that I wouldn't give so its worthless. Won't order from them again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone

I neber received my Omega Psi Phi tumbler order. I inquired by email several times about it because i was trying to get by timeframe indicated i would receive it. Never did.
I paid for tumbler and never got money back.
I do not plan on ordering anything else from Saniede.

Order of Eastern Star cup
I ordered a personalized cup for a friend on December 22nd, she received the item on January 12th and loved it at 1st sight. Talked of the compartment of the lid to cool her coffee. Tracking wasn't ideal. Thank you Saniede shop.

Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund.
