Our experience with Island Vacations of Sanibel & Captiva was excellent. All inquiries were answered promptly after the initial booking. Their communication was very thorough, providing great information about the area, things to do, where to shop for essentials & other, etc. We needed baby items that we didn't want to pack and they provided a rental option through a local vendor. The condo was clean and in good condition, and they left a binder with every type of information that might be needed for the stay. They even called mid-week to "check in" and make sure our stay was what we expected and to see if anything was needed.

The office staff is always pleasant, helpful, and willing to accommodate special requests.

Service repair quickly responded.

I’ve been using Island Vacations for several years now and I wouldn’t use anyone else. The staff is always so helpful and nice. They work hard to make your visit wonderful and are always a pleasure to work with - I couldn’t trust my vacation plans with anyone else.

Condo was beautiful and well appointed. View from the condo was breathtaking.

Property was exactly what we expected with little amenities like toilet paper, tissues and paper towels that made it easy when you first arrive. Staff was helpful and communications was great. I would definitely book a property through Island Vacations again.

Everyone that I’ve spoken with at Island Vacations of Sanibel has been wonderful. I won’t ever rent with anyone else!

The staff of Island Vacations treated us like VIPs before we arrived at our VRBO, when we arrived and then when it was time to check out. They even loaned us a couple of beach towels so we could get in the water before the condo was clean. Thanks for everything!

Check in process was well organized for late arrival. However on the last day in the condo I could not reach anyone in the office for a couple questions I had.

The condo was amazing !! All of the girls at island vacations was amazing. Well definitely be back !! The shelling was a plus 🐚☺️

Island Vacations is amazingly accommodating and Sanibel is always a wonderful week. So its a win win and stress free. Beth, Fran, Paige and the other employees are always friendly and answer any questions we have. Also the check in after hours is so easy. I have used Island Vacations ever since I came to this paradise. Will always use them and definately recommend Island Vacations.

Thank you for the excellent service provided by Island Vacations of Sanibel & Captiva. The rental home was better than expected. We had an issue with the HVAC during our stay which was corrected within three hours of our reporting the issue to the rental agency. We plan to use this service again.

Island vacation rentals was great. I reserved two condos and had to cancel one of them. I had an issue with the cancellation fee but Fran from Island Vacation Rentals helped me resolve the issue. Would definitely use again.

Amazing vacation experience for our family of 4. Fabulous location and te unit had everything we needed to prep breakfast and lunch. Check in and out were convenient and the management staff was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

The service we received was excellent. Anytime I had questions, they were answered quickly. The condo was perfect. Very nice and the view of the beach was stunning. We've already made arrangements to return next her to the same condo.

We are repeat users of Island Vacations and couldn't be happier. We just returned from another successful trip to Sanibel and, as usual, had a flawless rental. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and always make us feel welcome. My family and I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.
