Excellent service and quick delivery very pleased.

A great shopping experience.. Price was right and communications after the purchase were reassuring. Postage took longer than expected but that wasn’t the fault of the Sandal Shop. 10/10 and I’d be very to purchase again

Great service and delivery. Just need to get used to the Birkenstocks as seem quite narrow.

Fabulous sandals, great price, quick delivery! Thank you

I bought some Salt Water sandals, which were at a good price. Emailed customer services with a delivery query and they responded quickly. Sandals arrived within the time frame and in perfect condition. Very impressed and I'm sure I'll order from here again.

Very good price for the product I was after and very quick delivery. Extremely happy with the service! Thank you

Box was damaged on arrival, sandals were perfect inside - love them

Excellent price & prompt delivery thank you!

Fast and secure delivery vua Royal Mail.Excellent quality and accurate sizing

Ordered some Birkenstock leather clogs as a birthday present, hesitated to complete the order due to mixed reviews on Trustpilot..
Very happy to say it arrived promptly, exactly the right size and great quality item in all original manufacturers packaging - all at a reasonable price. :)
All in all, very happy to share positive feedback. Having checked further before ordering, I saw they are linked to Shore Watersports in Chichester, which based on their good profile, gave me confidence to order.
Admittedly, I didn't have the problem of exchanging or returns, but I understand increased costs on firms so I know this often comes with convenience of online purchases.
