Je n'ai été déçue qu'une seule fois sur une dizaine d'article commandé ( homme et femme ) .
Les tailles ( en cm ) sont indiquées pour tous les articles. Si elles sont bien lues, il ne devrait pas y avoir de surprise.

Les articles sont beaux et conforme aux photos.Le site n'est vraiment pas cher et le service client répond très rapidement ce qui est vraiment très appréciable.

Their clothing does not fit any adult, not to mention they rip off their customers with advertising money off and its not so. Sammydresses shipping times and method sucks even chosing expidited shipping you still get your stuff late.

Reading some of the reviews - they look like plants.

I've done 2 purchases with this company & BOTH have been bad.

The first purchase was for a dress that never arrived. They asked me to wait (after 40 days) to wait another 20 days. After only 7 days they cancelled my complaint so I could not complain again.

Be warned .... keep complaining every 6 days otherwise you are up the creek.
Next - I ordered 6 dresses but only 5 arrived. They say the missing one is arriving in another parcel ..... 20 days later. Some of the dresses are wafer thin. If you intend to expose you naked body underneath, then they are perfect for you.

Still no refund for the missing dress. Nearly 2 1/2 months.

You pays your money - you take your risk.

Do NOT expect decent customer support. I'm SO disappointed.

I buy about 10 dresses a month. ($100 per month). I thought I had found a decent company. Now I'm not so sure. Unless this is resolved they are going to lose my custom. Try Chi*wish ....They are brilliant...

Oh - if you try to reply to their support centre - they say you have 48 hours to reply ..... I've tried replying within 2 minutes .... it's blocked. Go figure eh?

After posting my review in here they IMMEDIATELY refunded me. The other dress arrived but the smell of it ... Phew!!! It smelt of (what I describe as) - chemicals & old wax.

They would have a lifelong customer if I would have been treated properly.

I brought 3 items for the Christmas period. One was a Christmas patterned sweater dress. One was a stripy dress and one was a sweatshirt with a Christmas slogan on. They took ages to arrive and when they did I was really dissapointed. The sweater dress was far too small despite the my choice being guided by the Size guide. The stripy dress was again too small but the quality of the material and stitching was terrible! It was nothing like the picture on the site, it looked like it was going to be a thin jersey knit but was a really poor quality nylon. The sweatshirt was a joke! The neckline and bottom band were all wobbly and again the quality of material was poor.

I was foolish enough to give them another chance as I needed a dress for an occasion and couldnt afford anything else, it was supposed to be a prom dress but was cheap nylon badly made and looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the site, there is now way that dress in the picture was the one I received. I have tried to omplain time and tiume again with what the call a ticket system but never hear from them.

I live in New York City but I buy from Sammy Dress. This proves the like and confidence I have in Sammy Dress. I have already made 4 different purchases from Sammy Dress. I bought dresses at 2 different times and also bought watches 2 different times. Sammy Dress is in fact a great place to shop. My first order was on 12/24/2015 with order number MM1512241009228223 where I bought 2 jackets. Second order was on 12/26/2015 with order number MM1512252057438617 where I bought 4 male watches.My third order was on 01/06/2016 with order number MM1601061221410255 where I bought 5 jackets
My fourth order was on 01/18/2016 with order number MM1601182258012754 where I bought 15 watches (1 male and 14 females).
The fact that I ordered 4 times in less than a month (12/24/2015-01/18/2016) confirms my satisfaction. Their customer service is excellent through the Ticket system. Overall, Sammy Dress is a dependable seller. They respond to questions from customers and clarify issues to customer professionally and on time through the Ticket system. I live in New York City where we have almost every shop on earth but I buy from Sammy Dress. This alone says it all. Thank you Sammy Dress for the great job. Please Sammy Dress is real and doing great business so don't listen to those who gave bad reviews because it is not fair to a company like Sammy Dress considering their great job. I was a little worried about ordering based on some reviews I have read but I really wanted a few things so I gave it a chance. I'm so happy I did, I did pay for expedited shipping, tracking number and insurance. Three of my four items arrived in about two weeks all three were exactly what I expected from the pictures good quality at a great price . I ordered my items a little big, again because of the reviews I had read and I wish I had just been true to the size conversion chart that they offer because it would have been perfectly true to the size on the conversion chart so now my items are a little big, but that was my My fault. I contacted them about the last item they said it was on backorder, and said I could wait or order something else or get my money back but their customer service responded to me with in 24 hours but usually within 12, and were very helpful, I chose a replacement item and it was sent out within 12 hours as well . I will absolutely order from that site again without hesitation !

I have been going back and forth with these people since 12/23/15. I ordered 4 items, paid flat rate shipping (8-15 business days to the US), paid for a tracking number and paid for insurance, not even sure what that is. On 12/24/15 I got an email that they shipped my order, but only 3 of the items and provided me with a tracking number. The tracking number never worked even though they kept giving me different sites to track it. I received a second email on 12/28/15 indicating that they shipped the 4th item. However, even though I paid the shipping fee and the fee for a tracking number, when I told them I couldn't track the 2nd package either, they advised me that my shipping fees were insufficient for them to ship the 4th item via a method that has tracking. What? I paid shipping fees for 4 items, and the tracking number fee. They chose to split the order, they should be responsible for shipping it the same way the first order was shipped. Anyway, after not being able to track even my first package, it finally arrived after exactly 15 business day, To add insult to injury nothing I ordered fit, even though I upsized to a large in both the sweater and the "coat" that I ordered. The item that they advertised as a women's "coat" was nothing more than a hoodie with buttons. Now they tell me I have to take pictures and measurements and send those to them so they can "confirm" the problem. I told them the problems, nothing fits and I still have not received my 4th item, they cannot tell me where it is, and they keep upping the shipping time. It went from 8-15 business days to 25 business days and now they are telling me it could take up to 45 BUSINESS days. I would never order something that I had to wait 45 business days for. 45 business days is over 6 weeks. I have contacted Paypal to start a dispute because this is ridiculous. It shouldn't be on me to take pictures and measurements and the like in order to get a refund. The items don't fit, I haven't received the 4th item - I just want my $81.00 back! I work for a law firm, so I may just mention this to one of my attorneys to see if I have any legal recourse, because it's not fair that a company can just take your money, send you items that don't fit or none at all. DON'T USE THIS SITE. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I loved the items I purchased. The shipping does take a little longer then usual. Always get a tracking number so you can watch where it is. But for the price and quality I can't complain. I will definitely buy from them again!

Through SammyDress, I can begin stocking wardrobe for the future lady in my life. Their apparel and selection is REALLY nice and SUPER easy on the budget. I have made three purchases from SammyDress over the past 4 months and have been completely satisfied with not only their products but their customer service as well. I appreciate the breakdown of the size charts on every product. It helps me stay consistent in the sizes of clothes I purchase so I don't have a closet full of stuff in various sizes. I'm just saying - I have a particular size of woman in mind for my future significant other. If she isn't petite, I have a little sister...

I will continue to be a shopper of SammyDress. The site gives me the privacy I desire to be able to purchase women's clothing without visiting a department store and looking like a weird-o. I purchased a cheap shirt under $10 OVER SIX MONTHS AGO and STILL have not received the shirt or a refund.

I just keep going round and round with customer service. They make promises and close out my complaint ticket and NEVER deliver on the promise. They said they sent the parcel twice, which is hard to believe....and they have said they will refund me the money too. Months and Weeks later, no shirt and no refund either.

There is no way to Talk to Anyone. No Phone to call and No Person to talk to. Also, it is somewhat difficult to create a ticket...you sort of have to jump through hoops. Total SCAM!!

I was skeptic about ordering aboard like anyone else. But I found Sammydress website to be the most reliable and customer supportive retailers. Every inquiry I had was resolved in a timely order. The many options of apparel ranging from petite to plus style were so modern and fashion forward I truly didn't know where to start shopping. I will say that the delivery did took a little longer than I had hoped for. Nevertheless the item was received in excellent condition.Sammydress is a fabulous inexpensive website. I can't wait for my next purchase:-)

Me da pena que vendan pongan en vendan articulos que no esten en venta, y se cobran rapido el dinero y se demoran en enviar al exterior y encima ni quisiera te mandan o piensan mandar todos los articulos que ordenaste, nisiquiera la mitad... lo otro negativo es que le envias un monton de mensajes a la empresa sammydresses para que te solucione tus problemas y casi nunca te responden o se demoran en responden mas de una semana o quien sabe quizas ya no te vuelvan a responder (sabiendo que ellos dicen que responden los mensajes en 24 horas y lo maximo podria ser 48 horas, pero no es cierto) no se si ya me estafaron porque no me quieren reembolsar ni responder... e abierto una controversia (disputa) con paypal para q ellos me ayuden a recuperar mi dinero, ellos han visto q no me responden a mis mensajes y por eso ellos mismos han ELEVADO LA CONTROVERSIA A RECLAMACION .... ojala paypal me ayude .. la verdad estoy muy decepcionada de esta empresa,, no era lo que yo esperaba :( tenia tantas esperanzas de comprarme tantas cosas pero asi como vamos no creo que lo vuelva hacer... veremos si aqui responden o me dicen algo, ya que por otros lados en privado o paypal se estan haciendo de la vista gorda. Have been shopping with them for several months and will have to admit they are a great company. The prices are low and set well, which they ship products quickly from multiple locations. The shirt and briefs I received are true to fit, and one must order 1-2 sizes larger than US size. Will be back within the month to order more...
