This was my first time ordering from them. I would say the overall experience was good but the only thing was that i didn’t get my package on the date it said i would. I’d order from them again as long as they can get the packages out on time. The quality and everything else was good. Great communication from their team as well.

Really bad. Order came nothing like the image and was like a cotton kurta style - definitely not appropriate for a wedding event if that is what you are considering for. Gave a random red scarf with a yellow and pink outfit (picture showed pink) They could argue that they just capture it better but it is still the same but the border and arm sleeves were completely different. Yes they give option for custom measurements but it is best to work on sending out what you actually show first. Disappointing and refund is only store credit. Why would I want to order from here again?

I recently purchased an outfit (lehenga set) from Sammaya Jaipur and was very very satisfied with the quality and especially the personalized customer service. They have a very professional & caring team and the CEO Deepak ji himself helped me with all my queries in a very professional way. He made sure everything I asked for was taken care of. Infact, they even provided speedy service with delivering the outfit to the hotel I was at and also when I requested alterations, they right away sent for someone to pick up the blouse and sent it back in 1 hour with complete alterations. I will continue to place orders with Sammaya Jaipur and thank them for a wonderful experience 🙏🏻

The worst shopping experience I have had. After several failed attempts to get in touch with the contact centre over emails and WhatsApp, I have not recieved any communication regarding the status of my order. They have just ghosted me over any form of communication. This is absolutely disappointing and very frustrating
