We would have given you a 5 review as your staff at the Fowey and Padstow shops were amazing. Their customer service skills where top notch, their product knowledge was second to none, their friendliness was second to none. They took their time to help us and answer our many questions so we bought one of your wonderful dry-robes/changing jacket for my mum. The jacket is wonderful and exactly what we needed, we followed your wonderful staffs advice and bought an extra small for my mum as she will use it for walking our dog. Unfortunately the tag said it was an extra small but the loop on the dry robe says L. We bought the extra small for my mum a size 12 but it fits my wife better as she is a size 24. We have ordered a size extra small online for my mum, order number 1722493, as we love our products. We also bought a Gillet, Hoody and a belt, as I have said we love all your products and are really happy. We just wanted to make you aware of our little issue so that you can make sure it doesn’t happen to any one else. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

Small shop with a decent selection. Allowed time to browse but helpful and friendly when needed.

We went for a dog harness. We received a bespoke and very friendly service to ensure the fit was perfect. Poppy had to try several sizes, involving much patience. And excellent value too.

Firstly I got an amazing deal on a Cheq Over Shirt with a T Shirt Combo last week. And the week before I wanted a Rain Coat pac a mac type thing and seen some that were already reduced to £17.99 from £39.00, they did not have my size but the Girl Working called another branch and they had one, so following day went to collect and there was a further offer so it was only £15.95, so great prices and great service from the staff at both Fowey Store and Roche/St Austell Store Much Appreciated

Brilliant service when looking to purchase a dry robe in camp xs
They didn’t have one in store, but the young lady on Wednesday 11/9 got a xs in another colour to try.
She then rang another branch to check stock and reserved it for me.
Brilliant service, polite, helpful and even though the store in Fowey didn’t get a sale the young lady was only happy to help.
I’ve worked in retail for over 3 decades and the service exemplified a great experience 👍
