The shop in Exeter does not have a ramp, so pretty impossible for wheelchair users or people with prams. This is a big shame and could easily be rectified.
Otherwise the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Dishonest sales assistant.
I purchased two items (sunglasses and a vest). Prior to purchasing, I asked the assistant if a sale was imminent. She informed that me that there was not.
I was therefore shocked when a few days later there was indeed a sale and that the vest I purchased was included. The assistant in my option had been dishonest.
