I’ve always been skeptical about these types of products, but the Magnesium Muscle Repair Cream is amazing! Would highly recommend this product. I suffer from restless legs and have been sleeping so much better since using this product nightly for the past several months. Thank you Salt Lab Team.

I suffer from restless leg syndrome as well as varicose veins. Have tried many magnesium products and this brand is the best by far!! - I absolutely love the muscle rub and oil to which I have been putting on my feet and ankles twice a day for only a couple of months now - I am sleeping so much better, and my ankles are not swollen and discolored at the end of my workday (on my feet for over 12 hours) like they use to be.

I have purchased before. When I was in Australia recently you had a great sale. I got a 3 pack and gave 2 bottles for my son and daughter-in-law who live on the GC. I checked with my son now he's pretty pragmatic but he said they love it, we love it so a win-win for everyone thanks. There is a stockist in Wellington so if I run out I have somewhere to go.

I was very sceptical to buy this as seemed a lot of money to waste if it didn’t work.
I am 3 weeks in using it and very happy. I have rubbed it on the soles of my feet and noticed deeper, improved sleeping and minimal wakes throughout the night. My back pain has eased and concentration level more heightened which is probably due to the improved sleeping.

I have noticed my 3yr old now wakes on a morning more relaxed and will just wake up and start talking instead of his usual screaming for mummy.

I have been taking Magnesium tablets for a number of years but found my deep sleep was not really improving (I wear an Oura ring at night so I know exactly what my sleep is like). I then decided to try spraying my feet with Salt Lab magnesium before I went to bed and the result was pretty much instantaneous. My deep sleep has increased and my restless legs have reduced dramatically as well. I went through a couple of stages of my feet peeling, at the start, but with regular scrubbing of my feet in the shower and then using a foot foam cream to help hydrate them, they are all in good shape now! I now travel with Salt Lab Magnesium spray as well, so my sleep continues to be good on holidays!!

I've struggled with restless legs, leg and foot cramps and unable to get to sleep at night. A friend told me her experience with Salt Lab and thankfully I tried it and have used it for over 6 months now. I spray the magnesium oil on my legs and feet before bed and sleep like a baby with not so much as a twitch in my legs or feet. So grateful to Salt Lab!

I had a reaction to a medicine in the ED last year and as a result I have battled through akathisia and random anxiety attacks since then. I don't think it is a coincidence that 3 days after I started using Salt Lab Magnesium Oil I had my last anxiety attack and I have been symptom free in the three weeks since then! Even if it is a coincidence, I'll forever continue to use it because I've been sleeping so well despite the usual night-time disturbances that come with having kids.
I totally recommend!

Firstly, thank you for an amazing product. I thought about it for a while (wish I hadn't) I have been using the spray on my feet for 2 weeks, from the first night my restless legs were nonexistent, and I had the best sleep I have had in ages. I now put the spray and cream on my knees every morning and I no longer need the 2 x Voltaren gel tabs ever to get me through the day and I am walking like a normal person now no more hobbling.

Salt Lab Magnesium Spray has changed my life. Have tried everything to help my anxiety and sleep issues. The first night I sprayed my feet and slept a full 8 hours. I was shocked when I woke up and realized it was morning. In addition my daughter tried the magnesium cream on her ankles which both had been sprained in an accident. She felt the cream was a huge help in healing more quickly! Thank you Salt Lab!

Everything started out ok, I purchased this with the hopes of helping sleep - with a baby and a toddler it's something i don't get much of, so had high hopes that it might at least assist the sleep i do get.
When I first purchased I ordered the pack of 2. When it arrived I only had 1 in the box. Customer service was quick to send out the 2nd bottle which I was grateful for and they were very helpful 10/10 for that.
I tried on my feet like instructed at first. I didn't find it made me feel any different but was willing to keep trying and wait for it to kick in. I was applying nightly.
Unfortunately i couldn't even get through 2 weeks. By then my feet were so itchy and the entire bottoms of my feet were peeling layers of skin off. I stopped using immediately, but it has taken about 3 weeks since I stopped and a lot of exfoliation to get them back to normal.
1 star for my results/outcome, 5 stars for customer service.

I originally purchased a bottle of the Magnesium Oil Spray and a tube of Muscle Repair Cream about three weeks ago. I’ve tried other magnesium sprays with no results but after starting Salt Lab product I have seen an improvement in my sleep. I use the spray on my feet before bedtime and I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer than I use to. I use the cream on my neck and shoulders daily after a workout or at night to help relieve tension and soreness. I am so thrilled with my results I have placed two additional orders. First two travel size bottles of the spray because they are so convenient when I’m travelling and more recently two more tubes of the cream because I am quickly running out since I never skip a day. I am In the US and all my orders arrive quickly with no problems.

When my initial order from Salt Lab arrived, it had been opened and the Magnesium Spray and refill was missing. Also two of the three roll on Magnesium travel bottles were smashed. I wasn't very happy with the packing as there didn't seem to be much protection for the glass bottles.
I emailed Salt Lab immediately and sent pictures and have to say that the customer service I received to help was excellent.
I received my replacement Magnesium Spray and refill (in much better packaging) really quickly and was refunded for the roll on bottles within a few days.
I use the Magnesium Spray on my feet at night and really think it helps me with a better night's sleep.
Thoroughly recommend and I am really appreciative of the excellent customer service I received.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago but was skeptical. I’ve tried numerous magnesium sprays and they didn’t do what they said they would do. After starting Salt Lab product I started to see an improvement in my sleep. It’s a very deepful, restful sleep which I have t had in YEARS. This week I started feeling energized, my brain fog is gone and now using it on my 88 yr old mom. I just ordered the cream for her because she has chronic arthritis and pain hoping she gets relief. I just ordered another sprays because I do t want to run out!

I bought the kids spray for my granddaughter who has bad growing pains & she had signs of relief.
So after a week of not sleeping myself I ordered my own & couldn’t believe the difference straight away. Did not wake once during the night (verified by Apple Watch).

Really helps with my 11yr old, getting to sleep and staying asleep. 2 sprays on each foot of the standard spray.

This product has already changed my sleep soooo much and I’ve only been using it for less than a week. A few sprays on my feet before bed and I can fall asleep so fast and stay asleep waking up feeling so much more refreshed than normal. As someone who has had terrible sleeping problems including insomnia and restless legs for over two years now, I can say that this product definitely works!
