As soon as you open your package you know you’ve been ripped off. The unnecessary glass jar is tiny, very tiny.
The product itself is very basic, no better than any other wax from Tesco at the same price salt want just to deliver. Ridiculously expensive for what it is.
Would not recommend or repurchase.

I ordered from this company a while ago and remember the service being ok, so placed another order for some products. One week later and I’ve not received anything. When I contacted Customer service I was told my items had shipped, even though the tracking shows they’ve not dispatched them yet. CS then said if I’ve not received anything within 15 days they would issue a replacement. Any correspondence is slow and when a reply does come, disingenuous. I’ve asked for a refund, which they are ignoring. For all their constant marketing this company is vaporous and misleading.

I can't speak for the products as I shave my head. My company was a supplier of marketing services for over 12 months to Salt Grooming. The relationship ended badly and fell into dispute over non payment of our invoices. Our position is that we remain unpaid for work that we completed in good faith. Sadly the good faith was not returned, and neither were our emails.

Another one of these companies that think they’re entitled to bombard you with daily emails because you looked into their products once.

I ordered from Salt Grooming based on a product listing that clearly stated “21% saving and free delivery” on the individual item. There was no mention of a minimum spend or post-purchase conditions.

After ordering, I was charged postage. When I queried this, customer support admitted the product listing was incorrect and misleading and said they would update it. However, despite acknowledging the error was theirs, they refused to refund the postage, repeatedly falling back on their general shipping policy instead of addressing the fact that the page I ordered from was wrong.

So to be clear:
• The listing was misleading (their words, not mine)
• I relied on that information when placing the order
• They accepted the mistake
• And still chose to offer no goodwill whatsoever

What’s most disappointing isn’t the money, it’s the attitude. I spent time explaining the issue clearly and politely, only to have responses that ignored the core point and simply re-explained a policy I already understood.

I’m genuinely surprised by how stubborn this was handled once the company had admitted fault. I won’t be shopping with Salt Grooming again, and I’ve advised my partner (a regular customer) to do the same.

Mistakes happen. How a company responds to them matters more - and this response was poor.

As others have said. Terrible customer service.

Sent the wrong products, has been a week and they're still "reviewing the mix-up". Its a shame as the products are good but its too much hassle if something goes wrong. I'll move to a competing product next time until they fix their customer service.

Good product, horrible customer service and delivery. You pay such an amount for delivery costs and you still don’t get your order. I am waiting for weeks now.

Product great. Customer service poor. Expected £76 pounds worth of product on 6th Dec. It’s now 9th. On its way to London It has been to St.Helens, to Milton Keynes back to Manchester and is stuck there. Salt say wait til 19th December then they’ll sort it. 2 weeks late on a 2-3 business day service. I am out of pocket with no product. They can’t cancel it. They won’t send another shipment out. You’d think that common sense would prevail.
